This is my first submission; I have been lurking for close to a year. Of all the things which have resulted from my lifestyle change, this is one of the more surprising ones to me. Names and places have been changed

Background: Around November of last year, there was a girl (Maggie, about a 7.5) with whom I worked Freshman year of college. She recently had moved back from Montana because of a failed relationship. Since we had already known each other, a meet-up was inevitable and we hit it off way more than we ever had 3 years ago. We fucked on the second date and it was definitely some of the best sex I've experienced, I kicked myself for not giving her a shot years ago.

The story: That stretch of time while we hooked up was short-lived, she said she had gotten into an exclusive relationship so I accepted and kept on. 1 or 2 months later, I saw she had posted some FB status along the lines of "Remember ladies, you are all queens and all deserve a man to step up and treat you like you deserve, you're all beautiful!"

I don't know what compelled me to even voice in but I kept it short: "Not all women are queens, just like not all men are kings" and it resulted in she and her friend responding telling me that I missed the point/message of the post blah blah blah. The post is pretty cut and dry.

I realize that this exchange is pointless so I don't respond, and the girls continue egging me on: "cat got your tongue?" I found it kinda funny but I did not respond after my short comment. A while after that, I notice Maggie and I are not FB friends anymore, so I figure it's because of that exchange, no biggie, I keep keeping on.

Fast forward to about a week ago (after months of mutual radio silence), I get a FB message from her apologizing for how she acted, she said she took some stuff out on me she shouldn't have and she hopes we can be friends; I don't see unfriending me on FB as something to apologize for, regardless, I say "I accept your apology, friend"

A week later I invite her to come out "$2 all drafts at _______ come join me" and she's down. Night went well, played darts and pool and she asked me to teach her both so we got touchy/grabby. When we got back to my place, I got her naked and had her give me a back massage and it went from there. Best nut I've had all month.

Suppose I had engaged in that dumb FB argument, or showed any sign of remotely giving a shit about what happened, this could have gone in a complete other direction. I don't know what compelled her to finally see it this way, but thank you TRP for enabling me to do my part in the situation.
