Not sure what a tl;dr is but here's a recap? 1. 3 things frivolous fun for own happiness- pamper yourself (hot bath, cup of coffee with girlfriend) 2. Respect your man 3. Relinquish control (stop 'improving' your husband/man.. cut back on the 'helpful' suggestions, it is perceived as criticism) 4. Learn to accept compliments and receive help 5. Allow yourself to be vulnerable (show tender side) 6. 3 gratitudes per day for man

Thank you Laura :) I love the 6 intimacy skills. A lot of it just seems like basic, natural behaviors on being a decent human being haha. It's also applicable to life in general -- Take care of yourself, respect others, stop trying to control things that are largely out of our hands and give up the frustration that comes with it, accept goodness that comes from others without guilt or debt, vulnerability/honesty is poweful, and be grateful for what you have. I'm amazed that the lady host seemed so .. hostile? or rigidly set against them. I think sometimes we choose to take offense to things.
