My question...

How do I confront passive aggressive behavior? Or should I? is it better to go outcome independent or confront the passive aggressive bullshit?

When she is trying to send me a message (for ???), she pulls this passive aggressive bullshit where she starts avoiding me or withdraws sex and/or attention. Yesterday I was turned down for some spontaneous sex in the afternoon, but she says tonight we will pick it up (2nd rejection in 2 days) so I went to the store, did some work around the house, finally went to bed and she wants to watch a little tv before sexy time since kids are still awake. Promptly falls asleep. Wakes up when I turn the tv off, and now wants to pick up sexy time. I'm tired and predict the starfish, so I decline. This morning I sleep a little late and when I make it downstairs, she is gone and has taken the kids to school about 15 minutes earlier than normal. Note: I NEVER leave the house without hugging the kids. Unless I'm ratcheting up dread, she always gets a kiss and a butt squeeze. Classic avoidance game from her.

Now I'm stuck on how to handle this. Do I confront or pretend is doesn't bother me? What is a way to confront this without appearing butthurt?

Some background... I have been unplugging for months. That first night was painful. I had a mini novel typed up and deleted it to spare everyone my grief/anger. It truly was like seeing my wife and my life for the first time. I am still amazed how it so neatly and predictably fell in line. I'm mostly done with sidebar and top posts from the past year. I am an alpha turned beta somewhere after kid#1. I'm recovering quickly. My wife responds instantly to alpha behavior and now that I am able to recognize it, she had been outright literally telling me she does not want a beta bux for a mate. (I bought her a birthday present and when I was butthurt she didn't respond to my covert contract she said "I'm not interested in things like jewelry". I feel like such a fucking idiot at times when I start recalling the past and other scenarios like that one. I have always been a self-improver, I have done well, have a lot of potential left and I have a lot to offer now.
