Avoid showing any emotional response to her to choosing sleep over sex. Find a hobby which interests you and do that if you can't sleep. Some ideas which I use: a good book (fiction works best for me) or something creative like programming, drawing, music creation with headphones, etc.

Sew the seeds ahead of time. I tell my wife "yeah I woke up with a diamond hard on the other night. Next time it happens you're getting fucked"

Then wake her up with a little "prep" work.

You know your wife best, so take it from there. I go easy on my wife because she gets up with the littles not me. Nothing worse than a 3 am fuck followed by a 4 am "mommy I peed!"

I wake mine up in the middle of the night all the time - might have done it more when we were first married..

I am learning to play guitar. I suggest something like that for your evening hobby.

Also, at least for my wife and I we tend to have sex after sleeping a bit. If she is very tired from the day, an hour or two later she should be rested enough for sex. I don't know how it compares to your situation but I suggest experimenting to find out what works best.

Wake her ass up and tell you are going to fuck her brains out, because you are her husband, you are a man, and you have NEEDS. And if she loves you, she is going to fulfill those damn needs; it isn't any big sacrifice for her to fuck her husband who's fucked her hundreds of times already. If she goes along with it, reward her by going down on her and apply that oral lube. If she still wont have sex, then she's cheating or you my friend have a dead bedroom and a dying marriage.
