I gave you good direction in your OYS post. Your best course of action is to IGNORE and move on. In fact, quit trying to pursue anything with her. She just isn't that into you. Find a new woman. There is nothing to salvage with her.

You can't punish somebody by taking away your attention if she doesn't want your attention to begin with. It's like when my toddler throws a fit and says that he won't eat his ice cream because he is mad because he wants ice cream AND candy. Uh, okay. Let me go dump out your ice cream then.

You see, you have zero leverage here. Hit the sidebar and become a new man. What you will find is that she wasn't that special all along anyways.

Edit: YOU are the reward (or not in this case). If you aren't a prize to be won then you have nothing to offer her.

Let's assume she's not trying to tease you. You are not entitled to kiss anyone. It should be the lesson for you, that you did not get her to want to kiss you. She's not comfortable with being kissed by you and in that situation and that means she's not enough into you, yet.
