Gentlemen,
I've been in a long term relationship for about 7 years now. For the first three years, I was about as Blue Pilled as could be but was in shape, for about another 3 years I delved into Redpill books and became, what I would best categorize myself, as Purple Pilled, and for the last year I've been transitioning to TheRedPill. One hangup I'm currently encountering is that of frame, specifically, frame when my depression "flares up". I've been working on my frame and it's been going well lately. She's been more relaxed and submissive and the sex hasn't been more intense.
HOWEVER, when my depression presents itself (perhaps around a week every couple of months) I completely drop the ball. Her female brain starts to view me as weak and will begin to question -- or even begin to be defiant of -- my judgment. I still workout during these depressive episodes and do what I can to mitigate the damage. But my sleep is off, I can't think clearly, my anxiety worsens, and I become a defensive little cunt.
When we lived separately, I'd simply avoid her and grind away at my shit till I bounced back. Now that we live together, I have to attempt to limit my exposure to her and attempt to "fake it" when we do interact.
Any words of advice of how to navigate this terrain would be appreciated.
