But I will answer your question, not with what I know from the reading, but my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE based on what I’ve READ the past 8 months.

My original post, my victim puke, has the details. It’s easy to find since I’ve only posted TWICE IN EIGHT MONTHS.

I set a hard boundary about my wife talking to her ‘ex’boyfriend again. The one she had WHILE WE WERE MARRIED.

I made it very clear that she was to never contact him again, or respond to him contacting her. After all, what we learn from solipsism is that in a woman’s mind those are two unrelated events.

I found out recently that she was maintaining contact with him.

I waited until after Christmas, the day after Christmas, and I hardnexted her.

I’m currently packing my shit and moving the fuck out.

Now, that’s what you do when you set a boundary. You enact the consequences previously established for crossing that boundary.

Some boundaries need no explanation. If you have to tell your wife/LTR that there are consequences for cheating on you, then your vetting process sucks and you deserve whatever happens to you.

I have a question on this. New RP only account and I have read through the sidebar and books. The question I have is if boundaries are broken by outsiders and wife doesn't enforce them or is ignorant to them ie "Oh don't worry about him".

If a male friend of my wife who blocks you on facebook so he can post on your wife's page (pretty much-confirmed Orbiter status), how would you go about discussing this with her? Wife didn't like random female friends posting on my page and now the same happens?

We had just discussed boundaries with her about her guy friends (she has a lot of guy friends, she is a Tomboy etc) and she agreed that boundaries need to be set. How would a convo go with that; reiterate what we discussed and tell her she needs to discuss it or just reiterate it and drive on?

She didn't take any actions but it was her friend that thought he had the gall to do it is what is bothersome. I know STFU but still I would like to enforce the boundary.

You state directly that this is a boundary she is not to cross again. Tell her if she has any more contact with him, you will immediately begin divorce proceedings.

But make sure you will actually follow through if it comes to that.
