You are mixing some concepts here and that is the source of your confusion. Don't feel bad, this is an explicit strategy of the Left: equivocation.

"Equal but different" is a statement that implies intrinsic value. Intrinsic value is not a thing; value implies someone to do the valuing. When you read or hear about something having value, you should always (at least in your head) ask the question: to whom? If the subject is individuals or even whole groups of people, then the additional question of in what way should be asked. For example, I might "value" you as a fellow human being and recognize that you have a set of inalienable rights as such, but I don't know you, so I can't say I "value" you as a friend.
Men and women are undeniably different. The debate rages about what the full set of differences are, and often why those differences exist. That is a deeper set of questions though, and ones that don't really matter to your question you pose here.
To the extent that anyone ever says that whole classes of people are "inferior" they are either being imprecise or evil. The concepts of inferior and superior, when applied to the totality of an entity, are value judgements writ large, put into a package deal that people are hoping you'll accept without question. To correctly apply the concepts of inferior and superior without making them value judgements, you need to apply them in an objective way. Even then, you may be infusing the conversation with value judgements in a roundabout way, in your selection of which objective targets/standards are important or worthy measurements by which to judge.

So, you can answer your own question. Get very specific on what you mean by "equal but different" and that women have "equal value." Being RP is knowing -- and accepting -- what is True.

Correct. If two things are different, then they aren't equal, but that doesn't mean one is inherently better than the other.

If you look on a coordinate plane, you'll see that (1, 2) and (3, -4) are not equal, but one is not "greater than" the other.

Men and women have different goals. It's very hard to evaluate "equality" when comparing apples and oranges.

Being equal is a different question than providing "equal value"; they are fundamentally different questions. RP is predicated on some people being lower SMV (sexual market value) and others being higher SMV.

I prefer the word "complimentary" - which means in a non communist society that men are masculine and women are feminine.

This is an increasingly rare scenario in western civilization but maybe the tides are changing because it's not possible to attempt violation of natural law for very long.

Men are like a bucket, and women are like a vase. They have equal value and purpose, but they serve a different function. You don’t put flowers in a bucket, and you don’t carry rocks with a vase.

Husbands are the roof, and wives are the walls. The husband provides protection and shelter for the family. The wife supports the husband and lifts him up. They both serve a function of equal value; albeit a different function.

Why would your belief in different but equal preclude you from being RP? You said you have concluded from your RP readings that men and women are different but equal. That works, go with it.

All people have innate and intrinsic value regardless of the extrinsic value they provide to you, me, or society.
