You've been lifting for 4 months. If you've added positive changes to your diet as well, then I imagine you're looking better. It's probably time to upgrade your wardrobe now.

It sounds like you're trying to jump steps in the 12 levels of Dread. Step zero is yourself: lifting, wardrobe, hygiene. If you haven't substantially improved these three things, then you're not really making progress, you're just trying to cheat.

If she's upset because your dread is working, then she'll exhibit it by jumping you in bed or giving spontaneous blowjobs. But she's not upset because of dread, she's upset because you're planning on cheating on her. As a woman, it's the time and attention that's the cheating, not the sex. You're planning on spending time with another woman (and another couple, even worse). That's cheating. Of course she's pissed.

What should you do? Probably lift, buy nicer clothes, and maintain your hygiene. If you've done those things and your wife hasn't responded, then you can progress to step 1 of dread.

This is not active dread. For all she knows it is heresay, you could be just bragging about how someone other than Mommy wants your attention.

Active dread would be you taking your wife out and during this time someone approaches you or you are flirty and approach other women to build your social liquidity.

If you want to go out, go out. If she protests invite her, why would you keep it from her. You are missing the point here. When you accept that she isn't there to make you happy and you her. You will start to have some fun, whether she accompanies you or not.

If you are looking to apply this new found interest in you and you think it is more than just people who want to be friendly with you, she should be with you.

If you show up with a woman and you have a decent SMV other women will notice. It will build value in their eyes. IE, If someone wanted you, you must have some quality to you.
