Pissing her off is active on your part, avoid it. Her getting upset because you aren't playing into her hand is feelz. Her seeing a girl flirt with you is feelz. Her reacting to what she thinks instead of what is is feels.

Giving feelz refers to the act of sending your lady on a bit of a roller coaster of emotion. You are absolutely right to say that actively pissing her off is not productive.

The feels really do vary. If youre lifting, improving, and starting to build dread then in some instances the feelz will come naturally.

IDGAF attitude sprinkled with sincere comments (do not go overboard) have worked well for me personally. Negging and teasing also work very well, and if she gets a bit heated, A&A, fogging and AM will really get the river of feelz flowing. If you are unaware of these terms, read the sidebar a bit more.

Its important to not try to rush things, and take things one or two steps at a time, as many of the regular guys often say.

Sometimes it's as simple as treating her like the little girl on the playground. I'll walk by my wife and if she's on her phone click it off. Maybe I'll poke her side and ask her, "Does this tickle?".

If she's actively bitching or being crazy I might make subtle fun of her, "Babe, I made an appointment at the head shrink for you..."

The key is, I don't take her seriously when she isn't taking herself seriously. Conversely if she is coming to you with a legit problem, don't blow it off. Recognize when she is using overt communication, a rarity, but she will if she feels she needs to or is forced too.

I know some RP guys think it is stupid, but I actually think The Five Love Languages is a great read for men trying to create comfort/feelz in their relationship. Premise is that your woman communicates love/affection primarily in one of these five ways:

Acts of Service
Gifts
Quality Time
Words of Affirmation
Physical Touch

Figure out what gets her rocks off and "speak" that language to her in order to create some feelz. The book is Blue Pill though so don't embrace it like scripture.
