I have gotten pretty fit(fitter than anytime since HS football) but my wife looks naturally very good for her age without any effort on her part.

On this note, my wife has shown some desire or intent to please me.

I've told her how much I like long hair and she has spent the last 4 years growing it out.

I've told her how much I like braids. She now braids her hair often.

I've told her that women should dress femininely, wearing dresses etc. she made an attempt to buy some and wears some occasionally.
