I laughed when I read that yesterday. I really did. What would Joseph Smith say about our budding social scientist and his jerking it to porn experiment? Lol. Perhaps a prayer of intercession to the Angel Moroni will assist for those times he can no longer get it up to his favorite clip.

Well let me go out on a limb here and share my certainty that I am more highly evolved than vermin or cattle. I'm, somewhat, better able to apply my intellect to a problem.

But the problem is always identifying the problem isn't it? Once I know what the problem is then I can find a recipe for solving it right? One less egg and a teaspoon more baking powder and I'll feel like fucking my wife again right?

I've said this before:

Expectations will kick your ass every time. Who that is reasonable expects a life completely free of the occasional episode of ennui? No, no, no you say boredom must be avoided at all costs!

To that I say that if you are bored it is because YOU are boring.

Also, since you insist on a recipe:

*don't be up each other's asses all the time

*stop studying your wife like she is a science experiment (But, spreadsheets, apps, more data points is always better!! Sometimes, just let the mystery be)

*have some space and privacy within your life and between you

*each have your own interests and activities

*spend time apart

*sometimes take separate vacations

*If at all possible, don't share a bathroom (best thing that ever happened to me!)

Have you let your wife blow you with ice in her mouth? Have you tried alternating between a BJ and a fleshlight? How about alternating between an ice in the mouth BJ and an extra warm fleshlight? Wrong question.

The right question is; what valuable habit do you do, when you realize that you are bored? Do you play the piano, do you go to the gym, do you keep being disciplined to your goals despite the fact that you don't feel like it, do you cherish what health you have?

Watching TV, and any other mind-numbing answer is the wrong answer.

Being bored is where good things start, because if you get bored; you're not entertained by TV or other BS. That's when you choose to read a book you've always wanted to read/have read.

If you are boring...

You get bored.

Change up the situation - introduce new locations new outfits - role play etc etc.

But il has the right of it. Simply create differences in your life. Otherwise just get a flesh light or something.
