UPDATE: She remained pissy when I got home. Kept frame, remained light and fun. Invited her out then she blew up. Accused me of not loving her. Cried. Said it was horrible that I wouldnt cuddle just because she didnt want sex. I was honest and told her I don't enjoy cuddling right after being rejected and would rather do other stuff. Which is true. She cried for a while then stopped after I got dinner and she laid in my arms. Nothing too exciting happened that night but she was overall a 1000x better mood.

Last night we had amazing passionate sex twice (as in i ripped her clothes off and she eagerly did everything i wanted), she said she loved the new strong me and how easily i can lift and toss her around. Asked if i was gonna leave her during sex. I could go on and on as evidenced by my male hamster word vomit below but short story, everything worked out great. I have a feeling these shit tests will continue as stated by others. All I need to do is hold frame and its actually easier than I thought because I am just more honest than I have ever been.

Thanks again for your thoughts guys. My life is continually getting better in all aspects because of this place.

Warning: Wall of text, lifetime BPiller wrestling with confusion and frame.

I'm around 3 months in. My first post was this one (https://www.reddit.com/r/askMRP/comments/3iteb9/am_i_an_asshole_or_being_shit_or_comfort_tested/) where I detailed my first big shit test. What happened after that post was an immediate silent treatment and then a day later asking me to apologize over and over. My refrain was "I feel bad about what happened" but I never apologized.

Things got better after that. Sex became more frequent and dramatically better quality, but still inconsistent. I read a lot, the entire side bar save for some advanced stuff which is next on my list. I began passing basic shit tests and compliance tests. I initiated more. More OI during rejection. STFU a lot. Occupied myself with MMA.

Somehow I'm back where I started. On Wednesday, I worked out at home for the first time in a while, since my foot and knee were hurting and I didn't want to push it too hard at MMA. I'm working out, my GF comes in, starts immediately with a shit test: "Why didn't you wait to work out with me?" Me: "You can start anytime you want." Her: "I'm not working out tonight, but if I was, I'd be pissed at you." Me: "Why?" She gives a mean look then proceeds to pull out clothes she bought, trying them on.

She keeps asking me how I feel about each one, literally as I'm lifting heavy shit over my head. Wtf right? So I respond, "they're nice." This was probably mistake #1. I should have clearly said "I'm busy, I can look later." She gets irritated that I'm not so enthusiastic, but its not that big of a deal.

Later that night, I get close to her on the couch, escalate a little bit, start making out. We decide to go to bed. About two nights prior, we had sex twice, before and after dinner, so maybe what happens next is ASD. I start escalating again, and she gets all "turtled-up" but clings to me cuddling. I push a little more til I get a hard no. Then I roll over and start to fall asleep. She says "What? Now you're not gonna cuddle?" I simply say "no". I have a feeling she viewed it as butt-hurt, despite the fact I really didn't care, I just didn't want to cuddle.

Next day, commence the cold war silent treatment. She usually texts me throughout the day, today nothing. O well, but around 2 she says "are you training tonight?" I reply "yeah babe". Her: "Babe? Don't you mean piece of meat?" At this point, I was so busy at work I didnt even have time to reply until about 45 mins later, so I never bothered responding.

Come home late (class went longer than my apparently outdated schedule indicated), commence silent treatment, however I didnt really care. I was upbeat. I ask if she ate, she says no. We planned on having a specific dinner from our weekly grocery shopping that night, and we got in a routine of her making it, me cleaning up. I say I can start some prep, then she says "I'm not cooking." Considering its late and I never cooked that specific meal, I just say I'm ordering, and she orders something as well.

She falls asleep on the couch, I go to bed, but wake her asking if she wants to go to bed. She says no, so I leave and go to bed. She then storms into the bedroom, saying "You were gonna let me sleep on the couch?" I say: "Is this a trick question or something?" She says I'm an asshole and she is always the one to have to bring up what I did wrong. I say "Nothing wrong has been done. I asked if you wanted to come to bed, you said no." She says fine, then goes into rampage mode, stomping around, slamming doors, screams "Fuck!" really loud, I think she knocked over some glasses or something. Anyway, its finally quiet and I fall asleep. She left this morning before I woke up. No communication since.

This is really exhausting, these major temper tantrums. We also have tons of plans this weekend and this shit is so unnecessary. I'm starting to wonder if this is the "Main Event" or if this type of stuff is going to keep happening. If so, I want out.

If you actually read all of that, I appreciate it. Any advice? I feel like I'm not implementing everything correctly. My frame is so-so, much better than 3 months ago, but could use some work. I wonder if tonight is gonna be the main event, or separation, or if she will change and respect me. Any route it goes, OI, but some perspective or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks guys.
