What do girls mean they want a guy with personality?

They want a guy who's not boring. They want a guy who's fun and confidently leads them on adventures and experiences.

Women get dates and sex just for being women, so most women aren't incentivized to cultivate interesting personalities. That doesn't mean some aren't interesting, but many women are pretty boring and rely entirely on the guys they date to make their night exciting.

They want an alpha who isn't afraid to express himself. Probably. One of the key features of a typical beta guy (I know because I used to be like that) is to hide away who they are for fear of judgment. I would even avoid stating what kind of music I liked because I thought then people wouldn't like me.

Confidence, knows what he wants, can make decisions, lead. She doesn't want to be trying to pull a personality out him. She definitely doesn't want a guy whose whole make-up is geared around trying to please her.

It doesn't mean you have to be an over the top dancing monkey. I think it purely means someone who can lead, and follow what HE wants. Confidence and IDGAF are keys.

It means the girl is too stupid to articulate any meaningful thought. Everyone has a personality. They may be boring or rude but that is still a personality. Fart in her face and walk away smirking when she says this.
