"Women are not dogs, you do not train us to meet your needs..."

Then there are millions of /r/relationships posts and /r/2xc posts where women are told they should bring their man to therapy (training?) because their man isn't meeting their needs (or wants).

That comment thread was like reading hate speech, full of loaded terms like "abuse" and "coercion", and generalizing everybody as creeps and losers.

[–]justmanthings10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

What i find funny about that comment "women are not dogs..." is that both dogs and humans are pretty intelligent mammals. We're not sooooooooooooooooooo different that things that work positively dogs don't also work positively for humans of both fucking genders.

[–]triangleman8322 points23 points24 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Well she is sort of correct there.

You see when I bring my dog outside to train him, he doesn't get all hurt that I want to train him at something, get upset with me, and sulk around for the next few days.

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Spoiled untrained dogs will shit test your attempts to train them, however.

[–]AngraMainyuu1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

While trained dogs are not only very loyal, but also affectionate to their masters. PEOPLE, not specifically women, are like that as well. When you raise children in a strict but loving setting they respect you for it, and love you in return.

[–]markasstrick1231 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If you look at the reality of things, women actually do need to be trained.

[–]Rougepellet0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Education could be seen as training though. So yes, humans can be trained.

It's amazing how fast they can downvote shit.

They lurk here too, don't be fooled.

[–]garlicextract59 points60 points61 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

A man got what he wanted?

GASP.

Unacceptable.

[–]LifeLibertyProperty28 points29 points30 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I love how when they decide they hate him instead they also just decide that actually she dumped him. Golden

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

OP is terrifying RedPill shitlord.

/u/demonguard can somehow use the term "shitlord" unironically. Christ, this guys girl was cheating on him (and didn't give fuck about it) she should have had her ass kicked to the curb, and until they found out he was a "RedPill shitlord" they supported him. Judgmental cunts.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I'll leave this here. They shamed him into saying the actions he took, partly thanks to TRP, were wrong.

[–]goemon452 points3 points4 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

These fucking people actually went through every comment of his and downvoted it? Really?

[–]pheonixignition19 points20 points21 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Holy fuck. Amazing how people are automatically willing to consider the red pillers the abusers. From his comments, I know he was the one being abused because I went through the same thing with my abusive ex. Abusers are amazingly good at manipulating people. Shit, that's probably why he got into red pill. I'll bet she fucked up his head, and needed someone to straighten it out for him.

[–]mormoncarebears6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There's something about Redditors in general about /trp. I swear to God Reddit makes me feel like I'm taking crazy pills sometimes.

Look at some top voted comments in advice animal in the meet my ex-girlfriend thread.

Unless you have a vagina... Everything is "your mistake"

I don't know how to break this to you, but this is also your current girlfriend, all your future girlfriends, and eventually your wife as well.

But then some guy says something along the lines of fuck /trp in the same subreddit and I sarcastically respond to it and I get shitted on. It's amazing how powerful mob mentality can be.

[–]dancing_junkie1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Guys who are abused in their relationship in large amounts end up here.. Maybe they are just sick of being treated like that. We are fighting the same crap feminist (originals) dealt with. Hate talk and belittling.

[–]Completededication19 points20 points21 points 11 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

One of the biggest changes I've noticed since my months of lurking here, reading the sidebar, practicing common theories in my daily life, and having a better attitude towards responsibility and self-improvement, is that I apply logic to seemingly everything nowadays.

I don't agree with some posts here and there, I may have a different take on some ideologies, but I take everything with a grain of salt - incorporate it into my life - and judge the results.

What these redditors do is take what little information they know, voice an opinion based on no effort to actually see if there is any logic involved (and if there is they don't try and apply it), then other redditors agree and amplify - creating a groupthink shitstorm.

Amazing how they could classify an entire subreddit which creates a vast amount of diverse theories, some incredibly different than one another, a subreddit which involves a big community of users debating any theory - as a big ball of "abusive, creepy, most likely old, men."

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

creating a groupthink shitstorm

Indeed, but it's so far beyond TRP man, there is something very dire and sinister growing under the skin of modern western culture. Somehow, the blind idiocy of the crowd has been so masterfully manipulated and channeled that certain topics are literally impossible to discuss at this point; except within isolated communities (which are of course then referred to derisively by groupthink as "echo-chambers").

[–]Endorsed Contributorvandaalen5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

It's the thought police.

At first they taught you what's appropriate to say or not, because "words can hurt people.", while they actually of course cannot. They used this in my country - Germany - always since WWII. We are not allowed to read certain books (with "Mein Kampf" being the most well known), because words could lead to X and Y. These shitheads don't even realize that it's the same as burning books.

In the US they exchanged "inappropriate" words with something "nicer". So instead of having to say "nigger" you now get away with saying "n-word". Still the same to me.

In Germany there is some effort going on to change childrens book classics. For instance they want to get rid of the word "Neger" which could somehow be copmpared to "negro", because it could hurt black people here. At least that's what the fat white feminazi bitches think. I've even just recently noticed a trend to call people who immigrated from Africa, and their children "Afro-Germans", following the PC trend in the US. So next time I meet a black person I better make sure to ask him first where he is from, and what he'd like to be called.

This goes on with words like cunt, bitch, slut and so on. You are not supposed to use this words. Wherever you are because "they hurt people".

The next step is that people willingly strip their thoughts by there own from forbidden thoughts. You simply do not want to fuck somebody. That's a nono and disrespectful. This tops in shaming and forbidding everything that's masculine.

The US is much more advanced in this because of it's prudery derrived from the puritanism.

I could go on for hours about this shit because it eats itself more and more into people's brains and is fed to them from the very beginning in the kindergarten.

Everybody and everything has to be respected just for being there. It's nothing that you earn anymore but a birthright. You need to constantly watch out for and think about other people's needs instead of your own.

They only exceptions to this are people who refuse to be part of it and deny social conventions they made up all by themselves. Just look what's going on in reddit and you know what I mean. Or even go to tumblr and have a look.

This is just fascism and collectivism disguised as being liberal. These ´fucking idiots do not realize that they are doing all this shit to themselves, gradually giving up their own freedom for the sake "of a greater good".

Words like "One world government" and "World peace" go hand in hand and that's where we are going to end. Not only power is centralized more and more, but also social conventions (like Murica bringing freedom to the world) and morality. There will be no place for those who don't fit. They will just be branded as being part of a hate group and either punished or forced to oppress their desire for personal freedom.

These "liberals" have so much hate that they don't allow to vent that it will one day blast out and hit those that don't fit in their tiny corridor of what they think an ideal world is supposed to be and they will be willing tools in controlling the masses by controlling each other. My country's history with first the 3rd Reich with the Gestapo and then the GDR with the Stasi taught valuable lesson to me. Family members spied and reported on their own relatives for the sake of "the greater good".

Not only can this happen again, this inevitably will, with the difference being, that this time there will be no place to flee.

Sadly, as with most of the liberal criticisms around here, there are good reasons for the reaction of liberal ideals. The nanny state as you mentioned, is a reaction to shitty shitty parenting, the kind that people eventually deemed beyond decent for a civilized society. Things definitely get out of hand, but the inception was established on moral ground. I mean hell, even feminism was founded with a noble intent, and no it didn't seek to become the monster it is today. Like I said, shit gets out of hand...

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

Well stated. It's a damn scary future to say the least, but at least we are seeing some push back starting to happen. It's just a shame that places like Reddit, and especially 4chan, seem to have fallen under the sway of the SJW's of the world.

[–]Endorsed Contributorvandaalen1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The real problem goes much much deeper than SJWs.

They are just a set of tools for those following a hidden agenda. Read on the internet about the decline of diversity of media companies. Reddit has been bought by one of the biggest privately owned media houses. Just follow the the wikipedia articles about who is part of who.

Censorship and shills are a very real thing here.

These people underestimated the internet and are working heavily on centralizing the power and getting back to stear the opinion of the masses.

The same is happening to 4chan which has grown too big while being too independent and beyond control. Once again things like gamergate and the fappening are used to bring it under their control.

There are people who think that the fappening was really made possible by the only organisation who has instant access to all information. Think of Edward Snowden.

The amount of self-censorship since then, practiced by a new team of mods is ridiculous.

It will be interesting to watch what the future of 8chan will be.

Yes, it happens here, it happens everywhere. The difference between freedom and sheepishness is that you are able to look past the groupthink. I browse the feminine and 2X subreddits frequently and weigh their own ideologies and logically think through them without evening voicing my own opinion. A sheep will refuse to weigh the argument out - even go so far as verbally state their disagreement. Arguing with anyone online is a waste of my energy - so I sit back and gain information from the chaos.

[–]barmaleo7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Herd mentality. Goes like that from personal relationship to countries hating each other. Kind of makes you wonder if you have guts to stand away from it and be individual.

[–]1deptii6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Considering the average Reddit user, I'll take their hate as an indication we're on the right track (not that we need it with all of this logic).

[–]WardlyHasted 6 points6 points6 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

What a bunch of megacunts, like seriously, they specifically look through his reddit history for that shit and upon seeing /r/TheRedPill it's as if he's suddenly Hitler

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's like they accept any re-branding of the red pill but not the actual pill. What a bunch of pathetic people in denial.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

We've raised a nation of immature emotionally underdeveloped idiots who can't think past their lizard brains. Emotional and knee-jerk reactions to everything, no rationality at all. Taking bets on how long it takes for national riots to erupt over something stupid as hell.

[–]I_HaveAHat6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Going through someones history to shame them is pretty fucked up. And then they all complain about NSA

[–]1209020518202515 points16 points17 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It just shows that reddit front page types do not judge what they read objectively, they judge their perceptions about the person making the post. They are the weakest of weak minded people, which is why the politics and social norms there are so frigging ugly.

[–]SomeFormOfHuman5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Thank god this ended up here. I watched it all unfold, and I laughed for a good while about it. Especially at the fact that the girl who posted it got guilded x2 when I checked last.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

The only people who will accept the truth have already swallowed the pill

[–]Willyam20104 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That doesn't make any sense. Or are you inferring nobody will ever swallow trp again?

[–]tabularaja1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The truth of this story, so everyone who doesn't identify with trp will be inclined to doubt the veracity of his account

[–]goemon452 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Niggas is quick to go through that comment history tho

[–]markasstrick1231 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Just like a woman would. Snoopy as fuck like they going through they mans text messages

[–]MOldMuckyTerrahawk[M] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Gasp, the rest of Reddit hates us!

Big. Fucking. Deal.

This no joke guys, I watched the voting go from 3048 upvotes down to 1522 in no time flat.

I disagree. Caring about internet points is a huge joke.

You all know that our brand of honest discussion about sexual strategy is not welcome here. Don't waste time concerning yourself with anonymous haters and meaningless karma when you could be doing something to better your situation.

[–]goemon450 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I wonder if there's a parallel universe where this sub is one of the defaults

[–]Red_Pill_Theory1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh, god, OP is actually a terrifying RedPill shitlord. Good Job finding that. Fuck this guy.

Lol. They really do use the term shitlord. I always thought that was hyperbole when mocking them.

[–]loghead110 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's happened to us all once. Some person notices that we're on redpill and throws a tizzy. The thing is if you care about farming karma, then have an account for that where you stay away from any controversial subreddits.

Lol jk

[–]rainbowhotpocket0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You know what's funny? He didn't abuse her. I've seen abusive posts in here, usually with dark triad shit, but this is far from it. He simply held frame. He never physically or verbally abused this woman. Yet all these people on r/hamsteradvice are using the word.

[–]wheyapartment0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Try not to let yourself get annoyed by stuff like this. Remember that most people screw themselves over. They can believe whatever they want to believe in, regardless of whether or not it does them any good and you could benefit from their ignorance.
