It's a quick read and for some reason the website isn't letting me copy/paste the text. The main idea:

When women think about letting themselves go, they always imagine gaining weight, no longer wearing makeup and having hair that remains unbrushed well into the afternoon.

They don't imagine how they might be letting themselves go in the way that they are speaking to their husband or treating him as a man.
