I can't decide if i'm angry, sad or just numb to the fact that she is insulting actual rape victims by continuing to perpetuate her victimhood, the whiteknights who are ripping down the posters in their feeble attempt to get laid or the feminazi's devoid of all logic also ripping the posters down.

I don't understand my feelz right now, I'm so glad i have this safe space with you guys that would never rip apart or critique anything I say in life with actual facts and logic.

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points14 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

the whiteknights who are ripping down the posters in their feeble attempt to get laid

If we can perpetrate the meme to span the internet it will have a great benefit to the internet. So many hard drives can be saved if white knights stop running their fucking mouths.

[–]moose_war 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

White knights are worse than these cunt women. They make me fucking sick to my stomach. They're actually insulting to both sexes, because they also imply women are too dumb to defend their own positions.

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's important to remember that the real victim here is not other rape victims, who still have the opportunity to prove their cases in court.

The real victim is the man falsely accused.

[–]screamingATtrees 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's baffling that even women who falsely claim rape are made to be seen as victims... If you remove gender...it's basically slander.

It would be like launching a campaign that "Laura" has been spreading herpes...even if she didn't.

[–]RPthrowaway123 86 points87 points88 points 11 years ago (19 children) | Copy Link

No American news or media coverage, of course...heaven forbid someone speak out against a liar's smear campaign. All the responses are crying "misogyny!" to get the posters taken down, typical behavior from SJWs faced with undeniable evidence of their bullshit.

[–]marty2k 23 points24 points25 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Of course they don't want to bring attention to it, they're the ones who covered it in the first place.

[–][deleted] 21 points22 points23 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Her story is preposterous. The now-released court evidence utterly blew away any notion of "rape". The story is (very) obviously the story of unrequited love and a narcissistic, vindictive, sociopathic female. Anyone that reaches any other conclusion after reading the chat transcripts has man-hate issues and is willfully ignoring the evidence.

In classic feminist form, legions of women are now preventing free speech by tearing down the posters which call Ms. Sulkybitch a "liar". And one must note that the allegation of "liar" is child's play compared to the allegation of "rapist". Did any men try to silence this little snowflake's self-indulgent art project which ruined a young man's life? No. But the "liberal" feminists who supported her right to publicly shame a man with zero evidence immediately took to destroying property in the interest of muzzling an opposing viewpoint. You go gurrls. Don't let intellectual consistency stand in your way.

In the end it won't matter that the media is ignoring the facts: Just wait until her victim's lawsuit ends in a landslide victory, costing the university tens of millions of dollars.

Then the media will be forced to cover the story, and call her what she is: A slanderer (far worse than just a "liar")

[–]moose_war 13 points14 points15 points 11 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

I have found it literally impossible to have discussions about females abusing things like this in public. You ALWAYS get shut down. I've calmly discussed why marriage is not a good idea for men nowadays, from a mental, social and legal standpoint, and some woman will always barge in and say "You're just a bitter loser! No girl wants you! Haha!" and it just ends the discussion. It's because they know what we're saying makes sense and they're afraid that it's true so they shut it down. What makes me deeply sad is when men join in with the women. The same men that, years later, face a rape charge, fake pregnancy or miserable marriage or divorce rape. Then they give the words of wisdom about how marriage was a mistake, blah blah blah.

I just wish we had more brotherhood. I have always stood by "bros before hoes" but I rarely see a man do that nowadays. I don't want it to be "men against women" but just men looking out for each other. Men giving each other a head's up. Men not fucking their friends over for some pussy. We'd all be so much happier.

[–]madnessinspades 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

As Patrice O'Neil used to always say, womyn don't have a level 2. They can not see anything past 'their feelz' at that moment. If you question them and ask them 'why?' they spit and splutter and dismiss the entire argument/you as 'bitter', because they've never had to actually stop and think about why they feel the way they do. Why would they, when you have the SJW army that assumes any and all womyn's feelz are righteous and beyond question. In order for them to be malicious they have to be aware of what they are actually doing.

[–]moose_war 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

If you question them and ask them 'why?' they spit and splutter and dismiss the entire argument/you as 'bitter',

I have done this and either gotten no response or the classic "You have issues/you're mentally ill/you just hate women" response. Again, ignoring the actual discussion and using essentially the "creep" defense. It's amazing how women completely ignore the matter at hand and use their positions of social worth (assuming they're young or attractive) to basically label you bitter and hateful, even if what you're saying is neither. They just dismantle the discussion.

If men are the physical destroyers and warmongers that people want us to be, then women are the mental equivalent of that. They are the great destroyers or philosophical thought.

I read the sidebar link about responses to those tactics and sadly, in the real world people would just laugh at you harder and call you a fedora. Let's face it, intellectual responses don't go over well with the general public. Unless maybe you're a woman, then it's all good.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

They carry the womb. Everything in society revolves around the womb. Women dont have to take distance from their ego, and possibly their hormones make it harder for them to do it.

Many women can cruise through life being pretty stupid by male standards because of this privilege and conditioning.

As you're reporting, it's amazing how typically you'll see a woman oblivious to the fact that labeling a messenger doesnt count as refuting his or her argument. It's childish. But it's how they think. Kindergarten argumentation, to be clear.

[–]RPthrowaway123 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I agree with you. I'm pretty isolated from other men in my life right now and it makes things incredibly difficult sometimes. So many guys out there are willing to fuck you over for nothing at all, whether it's the slightest whiff of pussy or a hint of favor from the boss. There is no brotherhood anymore.

Lift more weights.

Don't state your opinions publicly until you're in a position where you have little chance of being refuted.

This sounds braggadocios perhaps, but it worked for me; if you work on yourself to the point that you're physically beyond reproach most females, or humans in general, won't shut down your viewpoints, because they can't without seeming childish.

[–]moose_war 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I do lift and have a decent build. I'm not a body builder and don't want to be though, I'm going to be focusing more on martial arts soon. I hear what you're saying though.

[–]ChanManIIX 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Word up man, and re-reading it you did say 'in public'

I rarely discuss redpill shit in public (e.g. not engaging in monogamous relationships these days etc...) for the very reasons you've stated.

I agree that the world would benefit from more brotherhood; In fact I almost wish I hadn't commented at all because of how much I agree. The best an individual can really do is try to cultivate the type of relationships that they desire with those around them; I've really lucked out with the company I find myself in.

[–]∞ Mod | TRP Vanguardbsutansalt 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

American media is largely leftist aside from a few niche holdouts and Fox News. As such, leftists gonna left, which means they're going to promote the feminist ideology whenever they can (wage gap, rape culture, etc), so whenever a story comes along that flies in teh face of that, OF COURSE they're going to not touch it with a 10 foot pole, or at best give it lip service and then ignore it entirely.

[–]RPthrowaway123 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

It's not even leftism, its just that a story about rape is more profitable/"newsworthy" than a story about how she lied and is trying to ruin someone's life.

Fox news is just as delusional in the other way. I wish we could get some unbiased, honest journalism here in the U.S.

Apparently the president of the school refused to shake her hand:

As Ms. Sulkowicz and her friends ascended the stage, Mr. Bollinger, who had been shaking the students’ hands, turned his back and leaned down as though to pick something up from his seat. Ms. Sulkowicz leaned over the mattress, trying to catch his eye, then straightened up and kept walking, shrugging with her free hand. ...

“I even tried to smile at him or look him in the eye, and he completely turned away,” she said later. “So that was surprising, because I thought he was supposed to shake all of our hands.”

Sounds like he wanted to avoid getting a rape accusation.

[–]fastball21 30 points31 points32 points 11 years ago (19 children) | Copy Link

He's going after Columbia first. A) they have money, and B) she has no control over what information is released publicly since she's not on the Columbia lawsuit.

C) She's got no money. Visual arts degree? Good luck, sweetie.

Somebody will buy her "art in motion" no doubt. Now she has notoriety, and so does her so-called "art", so sadly she will probably make bank.

In 1968, the new coalition of minorities and white ethnic minorities overthrew the old WASP order and replaced it with a Leftist social and political order. Since much of the founding story of our country involves individualism and individual freedom which requires equality, it was easy to graft this neo-Communist outlook into what we considered our identity.

That was fifty years ago. Since that time, everything has gotten worse in every way possible; in fact, we see enough things going wrong that we recognize misrule, or that our leaders are incompetent. Furthermore, we see that they became our leaders because they said things which seemed to fit with the new identity we had chosen.

Consequently, and not just in the USA, people are throwing out the 1968-era changes. They are removing Leftists from power because among us all there is some kind of inkling of recognition that Leftists are just bad, an old WASP term which implies that they are somehow genetically flawed or otherwise broken in terms of their immutable traits of character.

The magnitude of this shake-up has yet to be fully felt. Although technically a “conservative” politician, Merkel embraced the Leftist agenda in full, promising great social benefits and more diversity in order to fund those. When voters saw the consequences of her actions, as with Obama, they fled the other way.

The Left got to power by promising armchair solutions. If we just became tolerant, diverse, and pacifistic, we could eliminate social problems by giving people what they want instead of, as those fusty old conservatives argued, setting standards and rewarding those who attain them. The hippie revolution was powered by civil rights and diversity.

We were seduced by equality because it promised a lovely dream: we could stop fighting and just co-exist, with each person living on his little plot of land while being tolerant of all the different people around him. It turns out that this vision misses what we share, which is a civilization and its standards, and so that vision collapses in a pile of failure whenever it is tried.

People who endorse chronically failed dreams are pathological. We recognize that there is something broken about them: an inability to attach to reality, a dishonesty that allows them to adjust expectations to fit results, or some other fundamental separation from responsibility for their own actions. This mentality is dangerous in unexciting ways.

People have turned their back on it because now that diversity is here, we see that it results in identity politics, or every country being composed of lots of little special interest ethnic groups who are warring it out. Each group acts in its own self-interest alone. This means that groups inevitably clash, and ordinary people hide away.

Even worse, we see that we are going to be taxed to death to pay for these new underclasses, limiting our ability to have children at a reproduction rate that ensures that we will continue to exist. Robin Hood policies of taking from the successful to give to the unsuccessful penalize success. Diversity accelerates this process.

In Europe, diversity was sold to the population as a way to pay for the benefits which are going to the 1968 generation. The bovine voters, generally cowed by anything that might destabilize the fragile workings of tenuous societies, went along with it, until it became clear that the policy was not working, and the migrants were going to drain and not fund the benefits state.

wow, i underestimated her. that is actually pretty brilliant, she wants a piece of the american dream; i had to look upon who she is since that wicz name sounds familiar :

Emma Sulkowicz (born 1992) is of Chinese, Japanese and Jewish descent, the daughter of Sandra Leong and Kerry Sulkowicz, psychiatrists from Manhattan.

  • Sulkowicz is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center, an adviser to the Acumen Fund, Vice Chair of the board of Physicians for Human Rights

  • Physicians for Human Rights focuses on a set of core human rights violations: Violence against women, especially rape as a weapon of war

i do not live in us, but if no one made this connections already.. then.. what the fuck can i say anymore.

No it's not, why bring anti-semitism into this?

I'm willing to bet money that Jewish origin and the propagation of Cultural Marxism are negatively correlated. Get your malicious and spurious ideas out of this sub.

[–]Endorsed ContributorAFPJ 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

why bring anti-semitism into this?

MFW. It's amusing to see understanding of the Jews to this extent in a place as mainstream as TRP. Yes, I just said as mainstream as TRP because Jews can only be logically discussed on IRC/4c/DE/etc: the topic is largely taboo here.

That moment when you realize there's something off about things which have a culturally taboo label associated with simply recognizing them for what they are or discussing them in any manner: anti-semitism, misogyny, racism, etc...

"To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize" - Voltaire.

Know any other minorities with a protective caste? Anti-semitism for Jews, racism for everyone else.

"Student who protested rape by carrying mattress on campus accused of lying."

Ahh, now they like the word "accused".

[–]srsly_forever_alone 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Just a random thought: Men need some sort of lobbyist in Congress to get bills proposed/passed that make it illegal for women to falsely accuse men of rape. When they are proven to have lied (potentially ruining the man's entire life--his reputation, future career prospects, etc.), they should be imprisoned.

Remember the lunatic stripper who falsely accused the Duke lacrosse players of raping her? Currently in jail for murder. A woman who would falsely accuse a man of rape has crossed the line into full blown psychopathy and likely will NOT stop there, and should be either institutionalized or imprisoned, for her safety and society's.

The saddest part of all is some thirsty beta is probably going to wife that demented bitch up (Emma Sulkowicz), knock her up, and spawn another generation of psychos.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

A woman who would falsely accuse a man of rape has crossed the line into full blown psychopathy and likely will NOT stop there

Not really. Women don't give a shit. They will lie and ruin men's or other people's lives over nothing (=salvaging their egos and social image) if they think they can get away with it. That's not psychopathy though, that's solipsism and immaturity.

And you know what? They're right. Not because Dark Triad would be right, but because this behavior (women's callousness and radical self interest) is the behavior sexual reproduction rewards them for.

Who are we to argue with biological imperatives? These literally MAKE right. That's how women get away with their callousness to the point of we being blind to it.

TO be honest, I wouldn't even be surprised if she's secretly flattered by these posters.

"They think I'm pretty? :D"

Incredible, those prints are amazing. I love how they hung one from a lamp post so they couldn't tear it down.

The picture of the SJW male helping the women tear down the posters made me cringe.

It says the President refused to shake her hand during the ceremony. Anyone know where pics or video of that is? i want to see the bitch on stage.

Edit: never mind i've lost interest. This makes no sense to me she just wants attention blah!

she just walks on by with 4 other girls who help her carry the mattress across the stage. Didn't seem like it was even worth a mention.

Update: again I don't care but hey I found a few pics not going to link them . thanks anyways

bad performance, in the good 'ol days she would be thrown tomatoes at.

It's a great example of biased reporting. In the first article I read about this, which sided with Sulkowicz, it reads that SHE refused to shake HIS hand (reportedly because he did nothing to get Nusgesser expelled from school).

Funny how small word changes shift the entire perspective of the event.

At least she's probably getting strong from carrying that mattress

This brings me a bit of joy and peace. Alas, the tide in rape culture may have turned.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Alas

Not quite the right word there. But like anything that disagrees with the leftist media narrative this will disappear as an "exception" and the rape train of legal rights for students will chug on.

Perhaps you are right. But we need every step in the right direction for the sake of protecting men.

A lot of us probably agree -- except some negative nancys/closet white knights here might disagree -- pussy pass (as far as these matters are concerned) seems to be weakening. Slowly, but surely.

The "pretty" and "fat" jabs didn't help their cause, it just made people hostile to the message and made it easier to dismiss.

Bad tactics in service of a good cause.

They're references to TV show / movie titles

[–]imthemostmodest -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I get the references.

When trying to persuade the public of your agenda, knowing your audience is key... this campaign gave it's opponents ammunition to discredit it, and thus failed its goal just to be clever.
