This one seems like it could go either way. Of course she may have been taken advantage of, but as she says, she honestly doesn't know. There are some assholes out there who would take advantage of her being blackout drunk. She doesn't seem to be accusing him completely, she admits she may have cheated. There are far worse cases. To be honest, this guy shouldve known not to fuck with a girl who's basically passed out. With the way men get fucked over in the court system it was a dumb move on his part. Completely disgusting. Sluts first whine that their beta boyfriends are so controlling when they got objections to them going out drinking, then drink irresponsibly, end up sucking some dude off in a public toilet, rationalize their whoring as being rapes.

Of course, she remembers all the "questionable" things he did and has absolutely no recollection of anything that led up to that point. It sounds like she's attempting to recall the events after the fact and placing a bias on it that she wouldn't do that sober, and because she doesn't remember anything she can fill whatever in the blank she feels like is appropriate.

It's more like I was so drunk and this is what I think happened because I could never possibly do anything wrong.

And OF COURSE she doesn't attempt to call her boyfriend to come get her drunken ass out of that scary situation, nor does she try to call anybody else to help her. Probably because she was so filled with dread she forgot the fact she had a cell phone, and her fingers were probably too frozen with fear to dial or text anyway.

Being blacked out doesn't mean anything other than that your brain didn't form any memories during that time. There's no way of telling if a person is blacked out. It doesn't mean you can't walk, can't talk, etc. It just means your brain stopped pushing the record button. You can drive (poorly) or rob a gas station blacked out, and being in that state doesn't excuse your choices. I once made out with a stripper I paid too much money to while blacked out. That doesn't mean I was raped/robbed, it means I was an idiot.

I had a buddy who spent 9000 dollars he didn't have in vegas a few years ago. He wasn't at the courthouse the next day talking about how the casinos kept giving him drinks and how he couldn't consent to giving up his money. How can women have choice over abortions or be the CEO of a company when by their own collective admission they can't be held to the same standards of accountability as men when when it comes to something as simple as "don't drink so much you do something stupid, and anything dumb you do will be your responsibility"?

I'm going to say she was both. She probably did get taken advantage of because you shouldn't finger a chick when she's blacked out. But the fact that she called a guy over to party with and then went out drinking with him alone...and kissed him back...that's cheating in my book.
