I think about my CPO constantly. It's one of the reasons why I love living in Thailand and dating a local. I can leave the house with $20 equivalent in my pocket and have a helluva good night. When I take my girl to dinner I spend about $3-$4 and make sure she either gives head or we fuck. As the comments on RoK point out, the #1 thing missing here is YOUR time factored in. How valuable are you and how much time does it take away from your life to bed each woman? Maybe she doesn't take away from your life elsewhere so it's not a time loss. Maybe she improves your life hence a reason to wife her up and redpillwomen. And if your time is so invaluable as to be negligent, that time cost is taking away time from self improvement.
As an aside, I disagree with some of the numbers ($200 for dinner? The most expensive meal I've ever paid for was $90 and that's because she was rich and I wanted to emulate "daddy". I guess drinks can come into play but that's when you bounce to your house to get sauced).

This is why I cohabitate. By splitting rent with my gf I'm saving $500 more every month than I would be living on my own. Also I have access to her seven days a week, where if we weren't cohabitating we'd only see each other on weekends. I have about 25 orgasms per month so my CPO is actually in the negative. Let’s assume only $30,000 a year in alimony for the 8 years. I will assume their house is worth $400,000 (in equity) when they get divorced. Investments and retirement accounts are worth $200,000. I will ignore any child support. These are all conservative numbers for a middle class family. That works out to $540,000. The married guy’s CPO works out to be $750 to have sex with the same woman who gets less attractive year after year and is probably at least 30-40 lbs heavier than when he first married her. My CPO to have sex with beautiful 18-24 year olds averages about $35 even when I factor in transportation costs for out-of-town women.
I don't know where he's getting his numbers. That's not "middle class", that's severely upper-middle/upper class.

Or just a fixed term. Wealth wasn't really determined by some objective amount of money one had. Wealth was more of a status thing. I had friends growing up whose families had more money than families most people would consider "rich", but they lacked the status rich people have. They weren't members of the country club, they didn't flaunt the material wealth, etc. I'm glad I grew up where I did. It allowed me to see through the illusion of "being rich".
Real wealth isn't paying the right kinds of membership dues or owning the right kinds of cars. Anyone can do those things. I think the problem is that since most people dismiss this (maybe because it sounds like a useless cliché poor people say to themselves), the idea that "upper class" and "rich" people live in expensive houses stays.
Any graduation of "middle" class is just peasantry+pleasantries for the well behaved. Piecemealed reflections of leadership to the willfully subordinate, not wealth itself.

There is no where in America where people with + $1M homes are remotely close to middle class. You may have been middle class for your neighborhood, but that's not the same as being middle class. Middle class families can't pay for new cars in cash.
Households with > $100,000 / year income are in the top 15% (upper-middle class) and people with net worth over $1M are in the top 5%.
