I think that this is a very beautiful quote. This is what bothers me the most about some sections of Feminism. I think it's a good thing that women are afforded the same options as men as far as education and ability to get jobs are concerned, if someone has those values then great! But there is a metric fuck ton of shaming for stay at home moms/wifes now.

"We love all women! As long as you fully believe in gurrll power and make the choices that we've decided are correct for you!"

Fuck off, you're not better than fundamentalist religious people. Everyone do what you want, forge your own path, find your own way.

An article titled “Kirsten Dunst Thinks Ladies In Relationships Should Wife the F**k Out" in which the author calls her "kind of dumb about it." She's a woman, doesn't that make her fully qualified to discuss the role of women. No surprise this is on Jezebel.

Their butthurt and emotional reaction shows how illogical their beliefs are and how little critical thinking goes into them. Easy to laugh off with a even a small amount of the RP swallowed.

I couldn't help but notice the hugely exaggerated headlines from the feminist websites. 'Kirsten Dunst says women should wife the fuck out'. Do these idiots not see the irony?

Having said that, I wouldn't necessarily say Dunst is supporting red pill values - she's just stating that the choice should be there.

why does political leaning have anything at all to do with it? There is a correlation, I'd agree, but I would not say they are inextricably linked or causal. I concur with many redpill conclusions, but I also agree with democratic socialism.

IIRC Kirsten dunst played in a movie called "Mona Lisa's smile" in which there is a professor (Julia Roberts I think) that teaches girls in the 1950s about being independent and not following gender roles. Of all the female characters in the movie Kristen's is the only one to stay with the traditional role of a woman. Julia Roberts character asks why and Kirsten's says because she wants to keep the role.

Now I hear lots of actors do research into their roles when acting. So maybe Kirsten dunst read up on the philosophy of these gender roles and she agreed with it.

What a complete misrepresentation of what Kirsten Dunst said. Dunst is very clearly preaching TBP philosophy. The article is very porrly written and misleading.

"“I feel like the feminine has been a little undervalued… We all have to get our own jobs and make our own money, but staying at home, nurturing, being the mother, cooking – it’s a valuable thing my mum created,” Dunst told this month’s edition of Harper’s Bazaar in the U.K.

“And sometimes, you need your knight in shining armor. I’m sorry. You need a man to be a man and a woman to be a woman. That’s why relationships work…”"

She is clearly preaching that women get to have it both ways and get to have it all. Exercise some basic reading comprehension skills here. The feminine is undervalued, we get to have jobs, make money and stay at home with White Knights who are real men.

Further, TRP and TBP are neither conservative nor liberal. Trying to ally them as such is factually incorrect and detrimental to TRP. Traditional gender roles are responsible for the Disney fantasy, oneits, no plate spinning, you have to get married, missionary sex only, etc...
