Are video calls even safe?

I work partially in InfoSec, and I'm comfortable with video calls. I prefer to do just a regular phone call using my Google Voice number, though. I've personally never found a huge difference between a video call and a phone call, and with a phone call, I can go for a walk and wash dishes, etc. If he's a dud, at least I've gotten a few miles in.

My worry is really just being screenshot or recorded. IDC if they don't do anything really bad with the images etc. I just find the thought of them having pics creepy.
