I went to a bar this weekend and had an absolutely stunning [8.5+] server. I used much what I've learned through TRP and it went great. Many different IOI's, she stumbled over herself a few times when she came by, and I clearly had her interest. I didn't close but I expect to perhaps head there again. That's not why I'm posting however. I know I fucked up- no need to focus on this for purposes of my FR.

Later that evening, I was at my favorite bar where two of my friends work. They are dating and I mentioned to one of them about my server earlier. Didn't think anything would come up later, but sometimes it's nice to talk over FR's with a fellow alpha.

Anyway, we hung out last night sober for the first time, outside of that bar, and the girlfriend brought up the server I had mentioned. She said that as someone working in the industry, the best way to get her attention was (paraphrased):

Just tip her fat. There is nothing that gets a girl's attention like an excessive tip and seeming interested at the bar.

Because this was my buddy's girlfriend and I hadn't met her before, I didn't want to address the "resources" mentality - even in a nice way - so I remained largely silent.

I realize this may not be a pure beta bux behavior, but I wanted to get TRP's advice on how they might view this. A few extra bucks at the bar doesn't necessarily imply being rich or wanting to buy shit for a girl, but at the same time it does contradict some of what we discuss here.

How would you guys react to someone saying this to you? Is this within the confines of what you call respectable as alphas?
