Go up to her and treat her like a person, bet she has a bunch of dudes trying to mack on her if she's hot. Tbh I'd build more of a connection by speaking to her multiple times if you see her around, see how she responds. If she's cold and seems annoyed when you approach her at the gym after the first 2-3 times, abort! Otherwise, you'll know what to do.

It depends on where she is relative to you and what you're doing. If it's socially awkward, it's probably not going to go well, so you should try to make the interaction as not-try-hard as possible.

I've gotten with a few girls at the gym and there were different ways of approaching it. I hope these examples will give a good idea:

I was at the curl racks and the girl was at the bikes immediately next to the curl racks. I had a backpack and asked her to watch my stuff. I came back and jokingly said I don't think she could have done a better job. I then asked her for her name and chatted for a bit. I then said, "You seem interesting. We should grab coffee some time. How would I contact you out of the gym?", and she suggested she give me her number.

Another was in the squat rack next to me and I asked her to help film my PR. I then said something along the lines of "Thanks. Also, I've seen you around but I don't think I've met you before. I'm IvyLeagueWeights." She went on to say that she didn't think I could lift it and I said it was lighter than it seemed and she should try it. She got under the bar and was laughing while saying absolutely not. I said you're fun, we should do something outside the context of the gym. Got her number.

I've seen people go onto cardio machines next to them to talk to them, but it seems like you're going out of your way to do something you clearly otherwise wouldn't. It needs to seem like it'd be something that comes up naturally and if you're super nervous, it'll probably come out awkwardly.

Considering it's a place where you may see her regularly, wait for her give out an IOI before approaching, otherwise you could make future workouts uncomfortable for yourself.

I just watched a guy get shot down at the gym last week. If you’re ok with being around her after a possible rejection, why not? Otherwise it might be better to pass. Try to establish a rapport first and feel it out before coming right out and asking her.

Most women's workouts are bullshit so your not interrupting anything. Let's be honest she's just there to show dudes her yoga pants butt. The exception is if she can deadlift 185 then she probably takes her workout serious.

Hey girl I really like your yoga pants, butt they'd look even better on my floor.

If your not confident enough to say that take more pre-workout until you are or your heart stops

I got two reasons you just leave her alone...sounds like you’ve already got oneitis for her...and it will just be awkward every time you see her again after the attempt/relationship/rejection or whatever doesn’t work out. The gym should be your Mecca, don’t shit there.

I've tried this a couple of times, didn't really go anywhere tho.

I always go with the "attention to details" route. Go up and make a comment about a little thing (a bracelet, shoes, phone cover, etc.) Don't go with a compliment tho, but an assumed statement (ex: I wish my friend would make cool bracelets like that for me..) Sometimes they open themselves and you can build the convo from there, but other times they'll just say thanks and move on. You know what to do for either cases..

At the end of the their workout when thet are planking or stretching, I would go upto her and say "I saw you, You were cheating with the prank, I am gonna tell on you to your coach". You will get some reaction. take it from there.

another time, I said "you look so damn serious when working out, your eyes get red, your face gets red" (its mostly push). this worked in past

Just do what you’re doing, be friendly, maybe compliment her on form ask her what she’s training, do something just don’t be weird, be the guy that if she talks to her friends, she may say oh but there’s this really positive guy in the gym every morning working his ass off and doesn’t hide out staring at my ass. Orrr you can always try the Robert frank approach....😂

They are just people. Talk as you would to a dude. "Can you spot me" also works.

Situational/indirect: "Hey, can I work in?" or seeing her doing a chick exercise like cab leg kickbacks "Hey, I've always wondered how to do that exercise. Any tips?"

Regular: "Hey, whats up?" then go into it and say you think she's cute, etc etc.

JUST MAKE THE MOVE.
