1/ Watch what women do and not what they say.

2/ Approach more.

3/ Have boundaries.

4/ Learn about evolutionary psychology.

5/ Don't brag about girls you've laid, it gets back to their friends you can't keep your mouth shut.

6/ A person's foot will point towards someone they're interested in.

7/ Carve out the maximum potential of your body through diet and weights/cardio.

8/ Don't put up with shit from women, one warning then they're nexted.

9/ If you think they're playing away...they probably are.

10/ The most important: Don't be needy.
