This is why a lot of women are screwed. They're all pursuing men who are unobtainable. There are only about 2,000 billionaires in the world and the largest proportion of them live in the USA. Not sure how many live in Russia. Also 90% of billionaires are married, so that leaves about 200 unmarried billionaires.

All you end up with is a large number of single mothers (got "alpha dick", but couldn't keep him around) and bitter old single spinsters.

I can confirm, that's exactly what Russian girls are into. I spent 3 months in Moscow earlier this year, wore my suit everywhere and got mad amounts of attention. Having an English accent was a definite bonus.

They are called finishing schools and have been around forever. The only real phenomenon is that they have pretty much disappeared in the west (private all girls university largely replaced it) rather that still existing in Russia. The American gold digger game is so much more advanced than the Russian one that the Americans also need to pretend to have their own illusion of a career or money since rich American men are so jaded to beautiful whores that their old tricks don't work anymore. An uneducated beautiful poor gold digger will get nowhere in America since they are a dime a dozen there, even most normal American girls act like gold diggers now.

The big difference in the past was American girls were taught to find a husband in the universities or corporation, were now they are told to get careers to be their own individual. What you have now is these career girls that are gold diggers at heart but never admitted it to themselves and realize they fucked themselves over when they reached 30 and didn't snag an alpha due to their own arrogance. Now they are stuck in a career they hate with no good prospects for a alpha provider while the secretaries that they looked down upon for not having the same career aspirations as them and ended up marrying their boss are now living life they truly wanted for themselves.
