Whenever a girl says she is confused, unsure, or needs time, it is a bad sign. By the time she says she is unsure/confused, she is already screening other options and moved on from you. The best response is to withdraw attention. Many times you won't hear from her again. If she's still interested, which usually isn't the case, she'll reach out to you. If you respond at all to her text, you could say something like "I see," or "ok." Not having a discussion about it is the key. Definitely don't show any concern about the prospect of losing her.

In my opinion you fucked up. Remember she is a kid and periods are a bitch sometimes for them. It's ok for her to feel bad, in pain and because of that she acted distant, not available etc. Why would you even bother being disrespected when you are pursuing your goals? How when she is not available it is wrong for you and your goals? This is when you fucked up in my opinion because you took it personally (at least sounds like).

Being a man in LTR means you allow her into your world. Your world is one where bitching does not take place and you treat it like a joke. Would you treat bitching from a kid seriously? Would you feel disrespected if your kid acted distant? No. I hope so.

So what I would not be touched at all by her bitching. I would try one time to bring her into my life of joy and show her she's silly to be bitch (like a kid).

If bitching continues, soft next for couple of days, if and only if she reinitiates convo (she will) behave like nothing happened.

Where you fucked up in my opinion is that you treated her behaviour personally and failed test and was not a rock.
