Youtubing. Not really a hiring thing persay but I will add it since women seem to be able to get bigger on there FAST, they don't even have to be that pretty. I have seen various red pill women like channels literally just start like less than 3 months ago and they already have tons of views. I still can't figure out how to get youtube famous, even after trying for like 8 years on and off

Unfortunately my friend. Women will always have precedence in social environments. Even more in places full of males. So you should be efficient in marketing to achieve the same number. If you don't fit the 'type' (stand out based on identity) and do an amazingly good job, you'll get noticed and rewarded beyond someone who does fit the 'type'. If you don't fit the 'type' and are mediocre, as most people are, you may feel iced out and excluded beyond a mediocre in-group member.

Most of your examples, though, are jobs in which women are preferred due to their object status. Most people consider this an expression of sexism in society, because many people think it would be preferable to challenge the idea that 50% of society are useful prevailingly as objects.

General practice medics too, not just nursing.
Over 1 in 3 lawyers is a woman.
About half of service staff is female.
Just about every social & media job.

The only jobs where women are horribly under-hired are:

jobs women don't want in the first place (mining, computers, mechanics, welders, sewage)
jobs where most women are too sensitive to be able to last (politics, CEO, CTO, CFO)

no one claims there are not female dominated fields in which women are either hired more or makeup more of the workforce. your framing the issue incorrectly

I have recently been working for a university administrating their teaching course.
Secondary (age 11-18) is about 45/65 in favour of women. Primary is about (age 4-11) 70/30 in favour of women. As in its still somewhat female dominated but men are very much there, even in the early years (age 3-7) specialisation. But it seems from your other answers you don't have a relevant degree so you might be discriminated against for being unqualified for teacher training.

Meanwhile, go and ask the women working the cafes how much they earn. Then go and ask a joiner/painter/carpenter/plumber with the same amount of education how much they earn. Look how many women are in the latter workplace. Come back with your results.

My work is 98% male. I've seen many women who start at the bottom entry level position be rejected for advancement for very flimsy reasons, and everyone knows that the real reason is because they are women. The few women around are usually lesbians, and typically very large. We did have one very small but very determined girl, also a lesbo, for a little while a few years ago. She got seriously injured doing routine work, despite that she was clearly being favored from above. She's gone now.
