I'm not making any claims that this movie 'proves' redpill concepts, I just thought it was interesting how many of the dynamics that we discuss on PPD made up the core of this movie and thought that if you like debating here, you'd enjoy the movie. Aside from the RP concepts, it was pretty good otherwise. So as not to spoil anything if you want to watch it, I'll put the premise first and the plot spoilers at the bottom.

You've got 5 guys that share a loft apartment in the city that they use to have affairs from their wives so they can get away with cheating more easily. Five guys are:

1 - Dark Triad Chad (Karl Urban, legit attractive guy, no homo)

2 - Less assertive Chad (James Marsden)

3 - 'bad boy', drug using, woman beating guy (Matthias Schoenaerts)

4 - Fat guy, Average Chump (Eric Stonestreet - Otherwise known as 'Cam' from Modern family)

5 - Creepy Beta Orbiter (Wentworth Miller)

The 5 guys share this loft to hook up with side chicks. One day they come in and find a dead girl in the bed and, while nobody admits to what happened, they realize it has to be one of them thats done it. The movie shows flashbacks of the previous year to show their interactions with women that lead up to that point.

Brief synopsis - The group of 5 is in the apartment trying to figure out who the dead girl is.

They figure out that the dead girl is one of the dark triad chad's alpha widows. She fell in love with chad and wants a relationship but realizes she got pumped and dumped. She committed suicide, but someone tried to arrange the scene to look like a murder so the guys would get caught. The movie goes through the previous year's interactions showing how each of them has been using the loft to cheat on their wives.

There are a few motives going around involving the wives (who obviously suspect their husbands are cheating and its hinted that they are dead bedrooms), some old but rich/powerful men that have side chicks that these guys know about.

In the end, the creepy beta orbiter admits that he put a hidden camera in the room to watch because dark triad chad took his new oneitis. Creepy beta orbiter confesses his love to the hot oneitis (now dead) girl saying that dark triad chad is going to hurt her, and that he is a 'nice guy' and would never do that. Hot girl says "of course you would never hurt me. You can't, because I don't feel anything for you." After putting the camera in, he discovers that dark triad chad is not only having sex with his oneitis, but is actually having sex with all 4 of the other guys wives, and one of the guys little sister as well. This includes creepy beta guy's controlling and harpy wife as well. So the other 4 guys conspire together to set up the suicide such that the dark triad chad is the one that gets caught when the police arrive.

There's a plot twist at the end that I'll leave for you all to watch.
