Jesus man, don't beat her. Try to get her to reform, and if she refuses you can expel her from your life. But unless she is posing an immediate threat, don't beat her.

If it's your wife, leave her. If you have children together, be sure to collect evidence of her behavior for the custody battle.

If it's your daughter (and she's underage), you have more responsibility to try to figure out what the underlying issue is. Why are you so dismissive of therapy? A young woman who acts out like you described probably has some mental/emotional issues. You should absolutely have her examined by a therapist - preferably a psychiatrist. And maybe see one yourself, to figure out what went wrong with your parenting and how to best deal with her going forward.

Physical discipline is just gonna fuck them up more in the long run, and/or get you in trouble.

If a gf/wife is legitimately a danger to me personally, I probably wouldn't be attracted. I'd break up. It would take a monster of a woman to threaten me.

If it's a daughter that I cared about, I'd retire early and take her outside the west where I can spank the shit out of her without repercussions. If I have to weigh this against other daughters that I like more... then yeah, sure jail is always a viable option.

If it's a wife, then I just divorce her.

If it's a daughter, then it gets interesting. I'd probably try to make her a pirate or something similar and send her off to a third world country and give her long distance support. Modern technology will hold back her potential.
