It's not that it's inconvenient, it's that they will generally get a reasonable amount of male attention without approaching, so they have less incentive to approach.

Is also the fact that in general, a lot of women like to appear as though they have less agency than they actually do. "It just happened," etc. Approaching a man immediately shatters this illusion.

Learning to approach is hard. You need to have a good reason to do it. If you're getting approached regardless, you have less motivation because your desire is at least somewhat sated. So, most women never get over the hump.

Of course this is true. It's one of the perks of being a woman. No one would purposely put themselves in a worse position to make things "equal".

I would say they don't initiate because their sexuality is seldom spontaneous and rather responsive to what men do. they have less hormones than us so they are not attracted to what they see like we are.

Women don't initiate because they have their options thrown at them. They've never had to deliberately think about what they're really attracted to. That's why many women appear to have no idea (rather, cannot articulate) what they want from men and relationships.

Women don't initiate because, for many, the act of a man approaching defines her attraction. The act or thought of her approaching a man is actually a turn-off.

TRP tells you to change yourself and not change society so you fit better in it.

It's not a hot girl's job to approach. In my experiences, it's more likely to happen in smaller cities or towns though than a large one. Just an observation. And even then if you've got something really unique about you. And even then unlikely. Idk if that helps

In addition to what everyone else said, there is an active NEGATIVE incentive not to approach: it makes her look bad.

Every half-decent looking girl gets approached regularly if she's going out. Therefore, she doesn't need to approach to get activity. The only women who need to approach men are fatties and Cougars. Therefore, for a normal, decent girl to approach men puts her in that same category, which makes her the female equivalent of a creepy loser.
