Why do TRPillers dismiss the idea that women not taking responsibility of their actions might be a result of our culture ?

You look at a country see behavior and think of culture, even if one isn't being taught?

The entire premise of the West is individualism, the government is not schooling anyone to behave in any way, it is literally the most free and permissive culture in the world.

It naturally follows that any behavior there is probably more in line with human nature (biology) than anything in say....Saudi Arabia?

You say it yourself....society allows women to get away with things. Society did not grab a gun and force her to fuck Chad and his 20 friends, society did not make her film amateur porn in her parents house. Society merely stood by and.... and watched.

You blame culture, I see it as reverting to a natural state.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter whether women are "naturally" immature, in a biological sense, or immature because they are coddled and not given the chance to mature. The point is that immature women are the landscape that modern men have to deal with. TRP is an instuction guide on how to deal with the current landscape of modern women. If women change, TRP will change, but it's goal is not to change them. TRP is not a crusade.

Same thing for taking responsibility for their actions, etc. It doesn't matter what causes the behavior, TRP has to deal with it "the way it is".

You say that "culture" tells women that they don't have to be responsible... but why does such culture exist? Who came up with this idea in the first place? Because we are biologically programmed to fuss over women. Therefore we created a culture where women don't have to have any responsibility.

I have seen men that got spoiled and were overprotected by their parents and they ended up acting like big babies as adults.

Exactly. Now imagine an entire gender that gets this sort of treatment by default, not only from parents but from everyone.

Several times now in the past couple of months, my 11 year old daughter has sought special treatment because "she's a lady".

You mean to tell me that wasn't 100% learned behaviour from society telling her at every point that women deserve special treatment?

Every time she tries to pull this bull shit with me, I knock it down and tell her she doesn't get special treatment just because she's a girl.

If there is an institution that is training young girls to avoid responsibility of their actions then point it out, otherwise it's incomprehensible that a trait could be shared so universally by women unless it was innate in their being.

Emotions are subject to context and thus can be retroactive. So, when a girl realizes the guy was not interested in a relationship and just wanted to assault her, all the previously okay things he "did to me" get switched to negative emotions.

"Every time he touched me...ewwww gross it was awful." She says that now because it seems like it was from her point of view now. What she's saying is that if she had known he wasn't interested in a relationship, she would have felt that way about what he did. Now she knows the context, the memory becomes that awful to her.

Women are probably and legitimately more immature due to biology .

They mature quicker and for a shorter period of time , in nature the shorter the maturation the less complex the animal .

Half-half.

On the one hand, observing a society where women are heavily penalized for transgressions of any sort while men are coddled and told they're the best thing since sliced bread (and are brought up in a mindset of shame culture where you have to avoid personal accountability at all costs) definitely leads to a society where you men behaving irresponsibly and women being forced to behave more responsible.

That said, there comes the time in the life of a man where he has to take on responsibility of some sort, because if he doesn't, he won't make a living with everything that entails (not being able to provide) - that's a pretty natural mechanism that more or less forces men into that role whether they want to or not.

If you want to see what happens if you artificially remove that check on male responsibility, look at country where you don't have to be productive in order to be a well-off and respected member of society, with Saudi-Arabia as an example that combines the worst of both worlds (complete control of women and total pampering of men). However, these societies tend to not be sustainable because they're usually living on the producitivity of other countries that enable them to keep their living standards.

TRP believes BP overestimates the effect of culture, and it's not really testable unless we perform some experiments similar to the Truman Show. Either way, it doesn't make a difference because stuff is not changing for the majority of people.

Some RPers think there's a cultural component. Others go with an alternative explanation. The alternative explanation is that prestige has historically been an unnecessary risk. Cleopatra's kids were all killed after she died because of how noteworthy she was. Genghis Kahn on the other hand just laid seed and left. Women do better working manipulatively through men to keep their kids secure while letting men get the prestige and the benefits of it.

Where did the culture come from? Was it just imagined up by one guy at the beginning of time and then spread across the whole planet before humans could even write? The culture has to come from somewhere, and if it's basically the same for almost all humans during almost all of history, I'm going to blame it on our biology.
