If you live in a different culture just ignore the western cultural stuff or adjust to your culture, but the basics of what attracts women are universal.

Understanding the basics, such as hypergamy, Briffault's law, AF/BB, will help any man in any culture.

Yes, absolutely. I think the way TRP describes sexual strategies and the SMP can be applied, in some form or another, to any culture.

You best believe I'm gonna utilize SMV and RP tactics in Asia and Europe.

Does "the west" refer specifically to USA? What would be "not the west"?

I think RP advice is 99% effective in any western anglophone country. I'd say that probably drops to 90% or so in any western country (non anglophone) and starts reducing even further the farther the cultural norm is from the anglophone west.

However, I'd say it rarely if ever reduces past 50% which is the basic bare bones biological underpinnings. What's more, if those countries were to take that 50% base and apply their own cultural context on top they could be back to 90%+ effectiveness in very short order, maybe a few years of FRs and Theory from a few thousand guys... Rather than 20 years of a few tens of thousand guys with Original-RP... Because they have so much of the basic already in the bag, and also suggested patterns for developing from there.

So... In conclusion... Yes, Western-RP is useful on its own. It would be much more useful as a base from which, say, South-East Asian RP could be built.

I know a lot of Indian guys are finding it useful, for example, in arranged marriages. Of course, our plates/singles stuff is not very useful in their cultural context... But the married/LTR stuff very much is. It's helping a lot of guys sort their Indian Harpies out :)

There are some TRP posts that are geared toward Asian guys, but many of the ideas can be applied to a variety of immigrant backgrounds.

TRP is tailored for the specific situation of the sexual marketplace in America and Anglo countries in general. Due to commonalities in culture, it also has some applicability to other Western countries.

It is not suitable for the environments of non-Western countries. Women and men in non-Western countries still have mostly the same natural tendencies as women and men in Western countries, but these natural tendencies manifest themselves to different degrees and in different ways due to variations in culture. Thus, for example, TRP would be almost completely useless in an arranged-marriage culture.
