Nymphomiac by Lars Von Trier.

I freaking LOVED Melancholia and I was so excited to watch a new two-part movie by this man who made Melancholia. Weirdest, most pretentious movie ever. I feel like Von Trier actually thought explaining the Fibonacci sequence was supposed to wow us. It was explained so strangely, like it was deep concept nobody had ever heard of. And then there was a whole weird bit defending pedophiles. I thought Melancholia was brilliant. I don't know how the same human being created Nymphomaniac.
