Okay so I saw this mentioned and explained on another post and it peaked my interest. Still new to RPW philosophy and was talking to my guy recently and we were discussing alpha behavior and what I look for. I was caught off guard and discussed balance but I feel like what I was getting at was the need for a soft alpha.

What does a soft alpha look like for you? What does marriage and father material look like to you. I need a strong leader but also someone who is in touch enough with their emotions to explore any issues in the relationship. What should I be looking for?
