TBH this is typical. You always gotta be open to "the idea of a relationship" to keep them around, so continue to have that frame.

Decide, is she worth not pursuing anyone else? or would you be okay seeing her leave. Because one of those two things will inevitably happen. If you don't wanna commit keep spinning other plates and when she leaves, you'll be fine.

Remove attention/increase dread and get her acting back in her place. Show her you’re not afraid to leave her if she gives you BS, and I guarantee she’ll start acting right. Be ballsy and DGAF. That’s what keeps her attracted.

Then when she falls in line decide ON YOUR OWN TERMS when you want to upgrade. If you think she’s earned it, then do it.

Why the fuck would you expect her to be exclusive to you sexually while you practice non-exclusivity? That's a dick move and not how plates work. If a woman is your plate, she's free and clear to fuck other guys as much as she wants. That's not to mean you should stick around if that grosses you out, but to expect total sexual exclusivity while granting yourself license of total non-exclusivity is a douche belief.
