When I was 14 (18 now), I found this subreddit. I lived on it daily. I thought this shit was the gospel and I lived by it read it every single day, I didn’t make a single decision in my life without coming here first. The red pill is a great structure, it definitely has built a foundation of self respect within myself that I would never have found. But I feel a lot of people lose sight of what this subreddit and these ideas are supposed to do. Now I’m not saying I’m the messiah and that I know everything.

But the best thing I gained from this subreddit was the ability to make decisions for myself.

I actually gained 10x more success when I actually got off the reddit daily and worked on myself, made good decisions myself.

Many unguided men come here, post constantly on the asktrp reddit (don’t worry I did too). But never get off relying on this reddit. From my personal experience, and stories I’ve heard from others. The times where you will make the most progress and learn the most is when you make decisions yourself, fail by your own decisions and be successful by your own decisions.

If you live off other people’s guidance, yes your failures will be your own, but also your successes will be all yours.

The real men living their best lives, and becoming the most successful are not on this subreddit. They may have started here but they’ve gained the ability to make their own decisions to better their futures.

You can disagree I really don’t give a fuck. I’m never on here anyway.
