Firstly, the 'science' incels uses is usually either wrong (lots of things have no sources) and secondly much of the things backed by 'science' are misinterpretations or just lying about what the source says.

For example, the 'data' from dating sites does say that women score men fairly low on attractiveness. But that same study also has clear evidence that the women will talk to those men anyway. The data from that study explicitly shows that men rated women's looks higher, but only spoke to the top 5%, whereas women rated men's looks a bit lower, but were willing to talk to a much larger number of men - even ones they'd deemed 'below average' in looks.
So that study actually basically says the exact opposite of what people in red pill/incel spaces say it says.

It's good you've not been on the forum for two weeks, keep it up. Think about how long you spent visiting it - 2 weeks is probably not that long to have been away. Keep it up, it'll help.

I wish you the best of luck in having positive experiences with other humans. See if you can make friends with people (men and women) just for the sake of being their friends and not expecting or hoping for anything more.

Spend some time actively looking for information to dispute what you believe. Look for studies and information to dispute what you think to be true now. See what you find.

The black pill is no science, it's just "the truth hurts" taken up to to the point of thinking that anything good happening in your life is actually fake and that only the hurtful stuff is real. You're actually self-harming your brain with that suff. Your opinion of women is really not what's important right now, you may be suffering from depression and you should warn your relatives so they can help you get through all of this.

The blackpill is just a sad victim mentality and a hivemind. The blackpill is nothing but just a bunch of negative pessimistic crybabies who get livid when you give them self help, they always reply with "Cope". Stay away from any blackpill content on youtube, reddit and everywhere, it feeds into your insecurities. If you lurk in the blackpill subreddits, lots of them have this victim mentality and they don't want to make changes in life, all they want to do is complain and whine.

The problem with all of this red/black pill stuff is that universally there are truths in everything. If you read those kind of red pill sites some things will resonate with you because you know them to be true, because you've experienced them in life. That doesn't mean that everything you read there is true. It's all a spectrum. These sites have some more extreme views about things while at the same time have more moderate ideas. The best advice I can give you is not believe everything you read on the internet. Every site will give shitty advice and good advice at the same time. It's up to you to think about these things and to take the advice that will help you in life and forget all the bullshit advice that makes your life worse. Think about the spectrum, every advice or idea that a site gives you that is on the more extreme end of the spectrum, try to take those ideas and transform them into a more moderate way of thinking. Like I said, there are truths in everything, a more extreme idea can have truth in it, just look at that idea in a more moderate way.

Dude, lots of incels and blackpillers are just aspies who dont understand people. They compensate for this by using science (it appeals to their quantitative nature). Truth is no matter what it is, science doesnt perfectly break down humans very well. It can identify trends but there tend to be many exceptions because people are unique. Dont make the mistake of trying to understand what can only be understood with experience by reading and not getting experience. And by experience I mean actually talking with women. Go to a bar, approach some girls. If you're scared take 2 grams of phenibut before you go and take a friend

The problem with the blackpill is that their are some truths that you can't unlearn, no matter how hard you try. You can't really "debate" the blackpill with people, because virtually all of it is backed up by hard scientific data, and you end up just playing a game of "okay how much science denial am I able to stomach for one day."

Like I didnt even read the other responses in this post but I guarantee it's MOSTLY people trying to say "well yeah but actually I disagree with the statistics because [some anecdote that probably never happened] so the blackpill is wrong."

Basically unless you're predisposed to just not really giving too much of a fuck about scientific data, you can't really unlearn the blackpill. Which is interesting because stereotypically left leaning people tend to be the more statistically obsessed of the two parties, yet they are pretty unilaterally the ones who will shit on blackpill rhetoric the most of any group of people.
