I have this peeve with Reddit. You cannot say anything controversial, because "Downvote" means both "I respectfully disagree" and "You are a filthy troll", and as soon as you have one more downvote than upvote, moderation deletes your answer.

Also, if you try to defend your viewpoint, reddit puts a cooldown timer in your responses, so you get more attacks than you can answer to.

In the end, either you become a yes man or you hit the road from that subreddit.

In this respect, reddit freedom of speech sucks more than FB freedom of speech.
