The ideal human diet, from personal experience and to my best understanding, is meat and vegetables with fruit for desert and nuts/seeds for snacks. Grains and dairy should be either moderated or eliminated depending on your daily caloric and macro nutrient needs. Even with poor portion control, it is extremely difficult to get fat on this type of diet. Almost anyone on this type of diet will look significantly better and be significantly healthier.

Grains, Starches, And Sugar are equally super foods and a poison. They are a super food in the fact that they are an extremely good source of carbohydrates that can fuel you very well and build up muscle and fat very quickly and are relatively cheap. But they are also a poison because they provide little to no real nutritional value outside of pure energy. In addition, humans have only adapted to eating grains over the last 10,000 years or so, and we are not fully evolved to handle them which is why excess fat and diabetes as well as things like gluten intolerance and celiac disease are direct results of over consumption of grains, starches, and sugar.

Leave over consumption of grains, starches, and sugar to blue pilled neckbeards. Let them be flabby and unaesthetic. You know better than to eat too much of that crap. The only time you should eat these types of foods is when you're bulking or training extremely hard, when you're in the mood for a cheat meal, when it's socially appropriate, or within a 2 hour window before or after intense exercise. Generally outside of these parameters and being an elite athlete (who need massive amounts of carbs because of the energy they burn) the less grains, starches, and sugar you consume the better you will look and feel. Try to get most of your carbs from vegetables and fruits.
