How old are the girls in question, and how old are you? Honestly you seem pretty young. I'm not sure if I know anyone who owns a pool and only keeps Jägermeister around. I hate when women do this last minute "I invited someone". Honestly I don't see a way out of that. You could have probably escalated sooner on your target but you're fucked anyway you look at it. Whenever you have a date setup with a girl and she brings another girl, your chances of action plummet. It's hard enough with one girl, let alone a fucking co-worker. The kicker... is both girls have to be up for it... because what, you think the other one is going to wait there while you fuck the other one? She'll show up late, she'll show up with a crew, she won't show up... and also it's your house so she's going to be somewhat on unfamiliar territory and uncomfortable. Bar to screen her out, and then invite to pool party, same night. She brings friend to bar? You get to filter that friend out before your friend comes back to your place (or drop them both altogether). You gave a dice roll and you lost...and now it's going to be awkward because you work with them.

Don't invite new girls straight back to your place via you texting them your address or something. If you want to do that, screen them at a bar / club first... women do too much bullshit to just let her come straight to your crib, let alone give her your address from the jump. Invite them for quick drink somewhere local, then escalate to pool party. Outside of that, don't shit where you eat.
