Anyway, I've decided to stay away from LTR's for an indefinite amount of time. This experience has made me very gun shy about "love" and relationships and all that mess. People have sent me all kinds of of encouraging messages claiming I'll eventually find "the one". I'm doing my best not to be overly pessimistic, but when looking at the divorce rates and all the crazy conflicts between men and women these days, I'm starting to think the chances for anyone to do that are getting lower with each passing year.

So I think I'll just stay single for now, and focus on my passions and work.

And this my brothers is a man beginning to break out of the cocoon of society's brainwashing -- that men simply exist please women and make them happy even at their own demise and marriage is a must for any man to truly be a MAN. He now seeks to discover himself and create his own identity as an individual man (not in search of "the one" for the foreseeable future) which goes against the grain of what society tells us to do.

I didn't see anything about him going MGTOW but I'm glad that he got out when he could. The thousands he lost to the venue, DJ, florist, etc. Is a drop in the bucket compared to what he could've paid out in divorce, alimony, legal fees, and possibly child support. I hope that he can recoup on his losses by selling the rings but I doubt that he'll get them back from her - As she'll use it as a way to keep communication with him. Almost as a blackmail in order to try and wear him down to coming back. Maybe try to "have him see it was just an accident" and "The girls forced me to do it, I'm the victim here, his penis just flew into my hand/mouth/orifice"

He seems to have a good attitude about it, is currently detoxing while around family that love and support him. I wish the best for him and his endeavors.

I saw this this posted (the original he linked in this one) earlier on my feed feed before I logged in. He apparently heard about this from others and then when he called the fiancée, only then did she admit it, saying that she was quivering (not the word he used) like she was holding back from crying.
