I never understood the concept, of women thinking having a carreer or job. Is something fullfilling or enjoyable or fun.
It gives one the ability to support oneself, and that is about it.

Most people would quit tomorrow if they didn't need to go to work anymore, because they have enough monet to support their lifestyle. I would, at least to a very large extend.
That's how unfullfilling work/jobs/carreers are; for most.

Women, like most people, are never satisfied for long. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. We always long for what we don't have and belittle what we do have. When they have jobs after a while they get bored of the routine and wish they could have a sugar daddy or a husband who lets them stay at home. If they married and stayed home within a year or two they'll get bored and want variety. When they had the carousel they grew bored and wanted loyalty. After a few years with a loyal man they'll get bored and wish they had variety and then go looking for ways to cheat. They want it all, all at once: men who will be loyal to them while they cheat with the chads, men who will pay them for doing nothing but pretending to work.

And these are things men have always experienced, even us single men. We are expected to be of service to others. We are expected to carry on in a professional manner. We also feel stressed and overwhelmed and burned out. But who gives a fuck about men? Other men. Except that organizations like the Boy Scouts and activities such as spectator sports have been open to women and now men are losing their support networks.

And I mention boys because the expectations and the anxieties for them start early. For girls? Not so much. Maybe there where at one point but no as much.

I notice you millennial chicks like to blame "boomers" for all your problems. Like they somehow affect your career choices and stupid shit.

First, you no doubt didn't understand university. You went there thinking it was somehow leading to a better life, but never questioned a single other thing about it, and just got a retard degree on student loans because you're too fucking stupid to work your way through school, and get value out of it, instead you rushed to get that "communications" degree, which is not exactly necessary at this point, then thought you'd just make millions a year. You believed people who don't give a fuck about you, but are willing to pay to be indoctrinated politically like they want, so they'll make money off you paying them to be enslaved with stupidity.

Second, women have been quota hires for too long, so you have a serious entitlement attitude and never were taught meritocracy or earning anything, you think it's all about you because, despite your belief in "patriarchy", you've been catered to your entire lives. You just can't see it because of your "privilege". It makes you blind I hear.

Third, you hit the wall, your eggs are turning into raisins, and now you're desperate, so you enter 35 for a midlife crisis and you realize the next half century will be pretty much the same, except now your fancy career is in jeopardy also. You can't leave to go and try and water those eggs to grow something, and you have no attractiveness to men beyond a fuck n' chuck, and if you do leave the workforce for a kid, those younger, prettier, quota hires will be after your job, because you know those younger girls will backstab you in a heartbeat. Because that's what women do.

Fourth you have neither the time, money, or energy to actually have something to give your life meaning. So you hit middle age with a mid life crisis, but instead of just buying a sports car and getting hair plugs, which is very easy, you went the route of being desperate for a man's money and sperm, and that's literally impossible for you. And settling is just too much of an admission of you fucking up, and you're inability to understand accountability means you'll keep plodding away thinking you're 18 in your 40s.

So enjoy being the source of your own life mistakes, but absolutely, keep blaming the previous generation because you were parented like shit. And somehow they stole all your money.

How is any of this "encouraging"? This is the very shit people were trying to warn about in how it would affect them long term. High stress environments have always been easier for men to deal with due to testosterone. It's in our very fucking biology to be masters of those professions because we are aggressive by nature and require healthy outlets for that. It's in direct opposition to woman's nature to be nurturing. Oh well, this is what so many of them wanted. Now they can fucking suffer the consequences.

I don't give a shit about my career or company. In fact I plan to job hop every year or two until I'm earning a salary I'm satisfied with. I work in finance and studying extra qualifications to improve my prospects. It's all 100% for money and to support myself. Women have been shamed into working careers they don't want. I know women earning shitty salaries <£30k and they spend £20k> a year in childcare. What's the point ? Even if they husband earns a lot, still pointless.

For a woman to have it all she needs to work out her ass off right out of the gate. That includes getting married and possibly having a kid while still in college. Or only getting a general AA degree so she's not wasting time and money in college.

But do not try to tell them this. They loose their damn minds at the reality that time in not on their sides and waiting until their 30s to get married and have a last minute kid or two is not the best of plans.
