The thing which we ought to be asking is "why should we care" if women's suspicions are aroused?

I wish that, for their own safety, they would be more suspicious than they typically are, especially in those situations where they enter into the homes of strange men who "take advantage" of them. Why aren't their "suspicions" ever "aroused" then?

I have to agree. Interactions haven’t gotten the slightest bit more confusing. It’s pretty fucking simple unless you’re some “male feminist” snake in the grass, because the interactions themselves don’t change unless you’re trying to be deceitful about them. There’s a reason #MeToo has mostly fucked over soyboys and major greaseballs, presenting only a slim chance of (but serious) danger to an innocent man.

A man who just avoids women will have zero difference in interactions. A man who has professional interactions with women won’t change those interactions beyond not having as many of them. A man going about social interactions with women as before also won’t really change them either; they’ll just walk out at the first “no” instead of playing along with what’s normally teasing.
