I'm up to my eyeballs I debt and I work all week. I have all the games and books and movies I'll ever need. I'll be 40 in November. My plan is to get all my debt paid off over the next couple of years and try to drop my working week to 3 days. Spend the other 4 days doing proper MGTOW stuff; reading books, working out, working on music. I have a friend who is earning lots of money now and he is more stressed out about money than he was before. They guys commenting to do what makes you happy are right. I got myself into debt because of bad choices years ago that caught up with me, I'll get myself out if it because I am a man and I feel strong when I hold myself accountable. My last relationship ended 4 months ago and i feel I actually have complete control of my life now.

The beauty of MGTOW is that you can do whatever you want, man. Its sole purpose is to warn about the dangers of society and give tips to avoid it, everything else is up to you.

I'm buiding a minimalist lifestyle too, my house is so small that I don't pay taxes where I live. It's a very comfortable house thou. Since I don't need much I was able to find a job and save money so I could trade for living. This month I took 3 days to make the amount I need for September and every profit from now on goes to my emergency bank account, just in case things do wrong. With all that free time I can wait longer for good trades and at the same time do other things like learning new languages, exercising, etc.

Just be careful if you find a GF after going minimalist, for some reason women decide to bring stuff to your home and if you allow it, you won't be a minimalist much longer...

Minimalism is very powerful. Reading the poetry of the Zen mountain hermits of China helped me to embrace a simpler life.

The book Goodbye Things by Fumio Sasaki was also very helpful.

Here's a pro tip - if you're ain't planning on having kids money isn't really important, just get enough for whatever it is you need, have some saved for a rainy day and work as little as possible, because you gotta remember - the more you work the more of your tax money the system is going to transfer to people who didn't earn it, especially to women.
