I just spent the last three hours outside vaping weed and building a backyard ice rink. I'm about to work out then break my 23 hour fast with a huge meal followed by me playing Resident Evil 2 for several hours in the dark in glorious 7.1 surround. Not ONE critical comment will come at me today. No nagging. No requests, demands, complaints or emotional outbursts. I will be at peace.

I lost weight, got in better shape, eat better and what I choose, my stress is gone, my happiness returned, my energy returned, I started new hobbies, learned new things, traveled to places I wanted to go, living life for myself. After the financial hit, I'm back on track, and will retire with more wealth and have only myself to cover costs and expenses instead of two of us, which is like more than doubling every dollar I save.

can confirm. Smiled for the first time in years after divorce and my then-young children remarked that they literally "can't remember the last time we saw you laugh, dad!". That was really the only sad divorce moment for me: The realization thru them of how miserable I'd been and how much life had been wasted.

The issue with married men, men in LTR in general, is that they don't live for themselves, they live for their woman. This is pretty much me. Everyday that passes since I got divorced I feel a little bit better. A little bit happier, and a little healthier. I noticed that since my ex-wife moved out I just kind of started working out more and I stopped stuffing my face all the time. I haven't been trying to lose weight, I think that just because I have been happier I have had more energy and haven't been medicating with food like I used to.
