This morning I was exchanging kids with the ex and asked her how her new job was going. I got her a temp job working as a promo model for a guy I know from HS. He is not a friend but but a friendly acquaintance that was doing me a small favor so the ex can make a few extra bucks. Its $500 a day cash for easy work. It’s promo modeling at conventions and trade shows, of course people will say some off color stuff. She said he was highly inappropriate and the guys at the boat show were highly inappropriate. I gave a weak apology about the introduction and assumed she wouldn’t do any events going forward. Nope, shes doing one next week and thinks she will just document everything for awhile then sue the guy and his company. She was very proud of that idea. I nodded along then texted the guy with a warning after I left. What an example she sets for my kids 👎

An article like that could only be coming from a place where one is convinced that all men are rapists and violent abusers, so naturally they'd be pissed off about being deterred from going ahead with it by something like poundMeToo.

Problem of course is that very, very few men are rapist / violent abusers. So no, its not angry about poundMeToo 'closing down the rape and beat party' - it's about self preservation in the face of persecution on the basis of a sociopathic fantasy gone wild.

In a sense though, they are being punished - but not for the reason being presented. They are being 'punished' as a natural consequence of the absurd behavior of their group. However, since that group cannot see itself as responsible for anything, it would follow that the group also entirely miss recognition of the actual cause.

Let's be honest here: we all know that men are more capable and easier to work with than women. Oh, I know this is a huge generalization, of course there are exceptions, but if we're all really honest then we know what's true from experience. So why would you ever work with a woman instead of a man? Well, because women are attractive and can pleasant to be around. Regretfully, now that #MeToo happened, everything has changed. Now women are unpleasant and angry, and if even if she's not, then I still have to worry that she'll report me for something that she imagined or made up. In fact, some of the things I think are nice, like complementing her outfit, are now fireable offense, so I really need to watch myself around women. Yet, ignoring her new outfit will make her act all resentful and angry. I don't need that shit in my life. Begone females!
