I feel this is unfair to people with physical challenges, because I see more people with physical challenges in the workforce than I see feminists in the workforce. I also hear fewer complaints out of them, despite having ample reason to complain.

Difference is that I support businesses which make an effort to employ people with mental impairments. We have a young man who works in my firm who has learning difficulties. He does simple tasks well enough, and his heart is in the right place. I'd rather have him at work even though he's not as productive as another guy, rather than see him rotting at home with no work to give him self respect.
