You're getting to the age where many of your friends are going to start falling into the marriage trap, if they haven't already. That means you won't be able to see them as much, and may experience loneliness. You may even start to think maybe you should give up on MGTOW and get married too. Don't fall for it.

Women around your age are hitting the epiphany phase and are desperately looking to get pregnant before their window closes. Consider getting a vasectomy if you're still having sex.

Are you lifting and eating clean? That is very important especially as you get into your 30s and start needing to pay more attention to your health. In your 20s you can abuse your body and do a lot of stupid things and still bounce back easily, in your 30s it gets a lot harder to recover from things like injuries and excessive drinking. Starting Strength is a great resource if you're new to lifting.

Sounds like you're working on finances, just avoid debt and you should be fine on that front. Single men don't need much money so you will be able to save quickly. Start investing so your money compounds and you can escape the rat race ASAP.

I think that if you avoid the marriage trap, the kids trap, the poor health trap, and the debt trap, you should be good to go.

Make an effort to develop hobbies and turn any of those into cash, businesses, empires - whatever. Everyone has their "labor" to offer, but whatever you have that can drive your imagination into reality is the basis of greatness.

If you can, look into buying a condo with low HOA fees. If you don't have a wife and kids, there's no reason to buy a McMansion out in the suburbs; all that square footage will mostly go unused if it's just you. I have friends who bought huge houses far away from work, and now have ungodly long commutes every day. The ability to live by yourself in a place that's close to your job, and within walking distance of good commercial areas, is worth a lot more than a few extra rooms and a backyard.

Stay fit. Let your fitness slide now, and it'll take forever to get back once you're older.
Save and invest. Living in the now and getting the best of everything is okay, as long as you have a good fallback fund and some investments quietly making you money.
Keep moving up. If you like your job, and you're the boss, fine. But if you are an employee, move up once you have mastered your current position. Otherwise, you'll get stuck at the level you're on, and they'll move the younger guys up. If you aren't moving up, then you need to move on. If your current job likes keeping you in your position, because you're reliable, skilled, and complacent, then they are going to keep you there as long as possible.

Side note: Remember that things you say and do now will have consequences later. The guy you bully or badger now, might be your boss in a few years. He'll remember how you treated him, and he'll pay it back. The toes you step on today are connected to the ass you'll have to kiss tomorrow.

For your first car, don't buy new. Buy a 2 year old lease return.

Why?

For a brand new car, your first 10 payments are for nothing since your car can only be sold as 'used' and is much cheaper.

Let someone else take the depreciation hit and pay all the taxes on it

All of the various 'recalls' are usually done in the first 2 years.

Find your mission.
I said find your mission, I did not say, pick, guess, create, receive from someone/something/some deity else, your mission. FIND it.
Number 2 requires you to get out there and do so you can learn, grow and develop.
You will know your mission, when in retrospect, you realize the satisfaction, provision and opportunity you are receiving from what you are already doing.
If you don't have all the things listed in number 4, keep changing up what you are doing

Never compromise your mission
