The reason men are more believable as superheros than women lies in the fact that men do the kind of thing superheros are doing albeit scaled down, in real life: they create and protect.

Women in real life are parasites, always looking to serve themselves and finding resources and protection for themselves.

The hoops one has to jump through to make a woman a provider and creator and maintaining at the same time all the sexual appearances that make her such a perfect parasite are just too strenuous for anyone who is simply trying to enjoy a movie.

Even women don't buy into that shit, otherwise those movies would actually be profitable. Couples tend to go to movies women choose.

I think it's because they basically wrapped up the classic X-Men with wolverine. The same is true of endgame. I'm sure the next marvel movies with the same characters won't be as big as the earlier ones. That's what happens when you end a story and then try and restart it.

I don't think it matter whom the lead is, a bad movie is a bad movie. The only reason why Captain Karen brought in a load of money is because Disney shoe horned her into the MCU for the climax to the the infinity stone saga. Fans that first saw iron man back in 2008 thought she would be key to plot of The Avengers : Endgame, which it turns out she wasn't.

To be fair, anyone who watched the cartoons knows that Dark Phoenix was at least already the story, not something they made up JUST to cast female leads.

Anyway, I dont know about you guys but I hate all those stupid fucking marvel/dc movies. They are literally just as bad as Disney movies at brainwashing guys, "here's how to get the girl: be a white knight, etc" I hate that shit just as much as beauty and the beast. SO all female leads, or all male leads- I fucking hope all these comic movies flop. The Avengers too, havent even seen any of them.

Movies don't really matter. While men are being denied their basic legal rights, killing themselves in record numbers, and facing institutionalised sexism from feminism men's portrayal in media should come a very distant second.
