At this point, posting news articles like this is like taking a piss in a wetsuit. It just way too easy to find stories like this on a daily basis - stories that cast doubt on any men getting any sort of justice in situations like this:

As you may have heard, Arman Premjee, a 20 year old USC student was accused of raping a woman in her dorm room on April 1st. Long story short, a security video cleared him of any wrongdoing and his life is back to normal he's probably going to get expelled from school anyway.

Let's go through this piece by piece:

Arman Premjee, 20, was accused by an unnamed female USC student of raping her in her dorm on April 1.

Firstly, we shouldn't even know his name unless he's found guilty.

Premjee met the unidentified 19-year-old at Banditos Taco & Tequila in Los Angeles earlier that same night.

Alright, give us his name to be slandered for the rest of his life but let the false accuser remain anonymous. Seems fair to me.

Eventually, the two left Banditos together, with a female friend of the accuser in tow. Security camera footage from inside and outside the nightclub shows his accuser repeatedly taking Premjee by the hand and dragging him around as he plays on his phone. At one point she kisses him. In another instance, she makes the widely-understood gesture for sex–a finger going into a hole made by the opposite hand–at her friend while Premjee’s back is turned.

Safe to say she wanted to fuck him.

Additional security camera footage from the woman’s dormitory shows her signing Premjee in under the watch of a security guard in a well-lit lobby.

She's leading the way so far.

In May, prosecutors charged Premjee with rape. They argued that his alleged victim was too drunk to consent. He faced 10 years in prison but consistently maintained his innocence.

10 years in prison for sex she was 'apparently too drunk for' even though she completely lead the entire interaction and signed him into her dorm. This is what it's come to gentlemen. A drunken hookup that she initiates but then regrets later for whatever reason can get you a decade in the slammer unless you have the evidence to clear yourself of any wrongdoing,

Hell, I'm willing to bet there are a lot of guys in prison who weren't as fortunate as our man Arman going "WTF, I fucked her, it was consensual, and then she turned around and yelled 'rape' out of nowhere, and now I'm here for the next 25 years".

As one commenter on the article put it:

it's getting so bad, you almost need a signed contract before getting your wick wet

This is unfortunately turning out to be true. The power is in the accusation, and a man accused of rape is guilty until proven innocent, and then more than likely expelled from school regardless.

USC is currently conducting their own investigation and Premjee could still be expelled.

Why? Expel the girl. Investigate her instead and make her (probably for the first time in her life) responsible for her actions. Women need to be taught that they can't just yell 'rape' out of spite and get away with it, especially with the broadening definition attached to that term (Thanks feminism).

We're at a point as men where if a women 'decides' she was raped, she can ruin a man's life with the snap of her fingers - and this can happen for a number of reasons:

  • She regrets the sex

  • She has a boyfriend and would rather accuse a man of rape than have to deal with the fact that she cheated.

  • One of her friends 'convinced' her that she was raped

  • Attention/Sympathy

..and so on.

It's a minefield out there.

Lessons learned:

  • Stay safe out there

  • Never be surprised with a woman's complete lack of fucks given when it comes to men.

  • Things you've worked years for can be ripped away pretty quickly if a woman wills it hard enough.
